★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered fridge and washing machine on Thuesday with delivery on Saturday. I paid full price online immidiately. Than I got nothing on Saturday, with support replying that they actually never deliver oversized goods on weekends. After 5 calls to support during next Monday and Thuesday they finally found my order and delivered it on Wednesday in the evening. 8 days for delivery of goods that were in stock plus a lot of nerves. Do not recommend for ordering big products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are used to customer friendly service, you don't want to go there with an issue and deal with the local store manager. After a while he wasn't even listening to me while he was rejecting my request without further explanation. I had my case resolved elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more of a pick up point than an actual store but they still found me what I needed from the storage room. It was quite busy but they managed well, good queueing system. Extra star for the free coffee - it matters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good. At least one person at a time speaks English. I get the impression they're overworked so they'll sometimes get snappy with the ignorant foreigner giving them a hard time communicating but that's okay we all need patience for the working stiffs.
It's a little branch so while they have delivery just fine they might not have much in regular stock so don't come by expecting six rolls of duct tape to be sitting around like I did.
