Po mé urgenci zavolal jejich technik a oznámil, že naši zakázku montovat nebude, protože to prý technicky nejde. Další dva týdny jsem se musel domáhat návrhu nějakého řešení situace. Návrh řešení od našeho stavebního dozoru ignorovali. Navíc jsme byli při zadávání objednávky informováni, že dřevěná madla nemají skladem a nebudou mít a domluvili jsme se, že madla si tedy seženu sám dle jejich technické specifikace a oni je namontují. Sehnal jsem tedy podle jejich pokynů madla za 2900 Kč. Po dalším měsíci bezvýsledného domáhání se vhodného řešení jsem objednávku zrušil. Vracení zálohy trvalo cca měsíc a půl, po neustálém připomínání (6-7 mailů, 4 telefonáty, 6 sms) z mé strany mi byla záloha konečně vrácena. Komunikace arogantní a přehazovali si odpovědnost mezi sebou. Výsledek mé objednávky: - 2 měsíce ztraceného času kvůli neochotě řešit můj požadavek (zálohu už měli na účtě) - finanční ztráta 2900 Kč za madla, která jsou teď k ničemu - dalších 1,5 měsíce čekání na vrácení zálohy. -arogance in communication -failure to meet promised deadlines - up to a month after receiving and confirming the order, they suddenly found out that they could not comply with our order -professional behavior They accepted the order and the deposit, but did not respond within the promised period (after a month). It took about a month and a half to return the deposit, after constant reminders (6-7 emails, 4 phone calls, 6 sms) on my part, the deposit was finally returned to me. Communication arrogant and tossing responsibility among themselves. Result of my order: - 2 months of lost time due to unwillingness to solve my request (they already had a deposit in their account) - financial loss of CZK 2,900 for handrails, which are now useless - another 1.5 months waiting for the deposit to be refunded.

Nakonec arogantní komunikace od člověka, který se ani nepředstavil jménem, jen řekl, že je majitel firmy a perlička, kupte si to zábradlí někde jinde. nedoporučuji I DO NOT RECOMMEND - MY EXPERIENCE: First no communication, then they wrote, send photos, I sent, then they wrote off, we can't find the photos in about a week. Ohledně kvality - Veškeré záslepky si musíte zapatlat silikonem namísto (dle jejich super extra univerzál videa - lehle pomáznout a naklepnout) - realita je však jinde. Místo ozdobných matic Vám přijdou plastové černé krytky, o celkové kvalitě a pevnosti radši nemluvě (vše stažené přiloženými mini vruty do hliníku)+ k tomu všemu buranské chování hodné dobytka ze 4. cenové kategorie, která umí jen urážet pokud se upozorní na nekvalitu. Typuje, že pán je jen arogantní buran, který si léčí mindráky urážením ostatních. Zvládá jen kopírování textu již jednou napsaných odpovědí k recenzím a dle toho vypadá veškerá komunikace. Jediné, co bych mu přál aby tenhle šit, co prodává musel osobně všechen montovat. Unfortunately, less than one can no longer be given.
