They are very helpful in the service and are looking for solutions and repair options. Not just exchanges. I am satisfied there and I use the service regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthless car rental. Staff is incompetent and not willing to help at all. they don't know how to use a card machine so you need to pay in cash (even the 10000 czk deposit). That was the line for us since I wanted to use my credit card with insurance included. I would never go here again, if they are so bad at rental I would never leave my car here for service/repair. This place is a dump. if I could give it 0 stars I would.
