★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there with some of my friends 7.9.2018 around 11pm. Some exceprts of conversations with a waitress:
Me: "Excuse me, do you have internet here?"
She: "No, I have internet at home, here we have a wifi" turns back while mumbling unintelligibly and leaves.
We: come over to her "Could you please tell us the password?"
She: "I already told you, I don't have tome to spell out the password to every customer."
Turns out she mumbled the password before.
We had more doozies like that.
So a minus is probably the worst waitress I had in my lifetime, but a plus is, that thanks to this fact, there's always some spare place, even when other bars are packed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t understand how that thing sustains itself. Almost none of the drinks on the menu was available. The only kind of beer was the most common in any market. The blond waitress must be even the owner or some relative because she is useless for the job. There are very better bars and pubs around and you don’t need to pay to be so horribly served by people who seem to hate tourists. Maybe they survive from the local drunk homeless or some other hidden activity. Just avoid it and thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even nicely looking atmosphere & good drinks with fair prices couldn't cover our disappointment about service level. Waitress was really rude from the moment we entered the place. "Why did you come that late?" (considering that place is working till 5am & we arrived at 11pm on Saturday eve) & "Why are you taking a table for 6 if you are just 5?" (in 2nd room where we were seating we saw around only tables either for 4 or 6 people available, and we were the only customers during all our presence in the bar). Ordering each time was also a big issue. Not all of our friends spoke Czech, mainly English speakers & she was annoyed each time when they tried to order something with their limited Czech language. It would definitely improve customer service level if you could be a bit more helpful when foreigners are trying hard to speak your language in order to be friendly. In the end of the day we came to spend money at your place and not the way around. Not sure any of us will ever come back to that bar.
