Great apartment in a great location. There is a spring 20 meters away, an elevator to the colonnades. From the balcony - a view of the forest and the mountain.

Everything is very good and quite budget. Centre. The necessary and basic is close. A bit cold in the apartment, but it's winter.

Cheap, wakeful accommodation in the center. Apartment is very big. Quiet location. Unfortunately only one parking space to the apartment with 6 persons. Mold in the bedroom does not work.

Impression - worse than ever! We booked an apartment in this hotel Apartment Lilianna from the owner, Vlad Rogovoy, two weeks before departure. And a couple of days before departure, he called and said that the room had not yet been vacated and offered us, instead of a luxurious apartment, a one-room shack - they say, while our apartments are free - or stay with his friends. Thank you very much Vlad! Very cute!

I have long wanted to share a review about this place. It has been 1.5 months since we (2 adults and 2 children 4 and 2 years old) returned from Karlovy Vary, where we had a great 12 days. I liked everything about this apartment. Fair. We have something to compare with, in Karlovy Vary 3 times. The location is great. On one side, the windows overlook a quiet street, on the other - directly onto the forest! To the springs - 5 minutes on foot with 2 children. Nearby there is a small grocery store (we went to shop in large markets, since we were by car), cafes and restaurants, it is easy to go for a walk right into the forest. The apartment building is new. There is parking on the 1st floor, which is very convenient. From the parking you immediately go to the entrance, there is an elevator (we had the 4th floor). An apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room-kitchen, 3 balconies, a spacious bathroom, a spacious entrance hall. We felt at home, free and comfortable. The kitchen worried me the most - and in vain! There was everything you need, a lot of different dishes, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, even drinking mugs at the source))) 2 bedrooms with large beds and spacious wardrobes. There is a washing machine, iron, board. .. I won't be surprised by this. Everything is written in the description. It's a matter of little things: there was washing powder, and napkins, and garbage bags, and pills for the powder washer, and an umbrella, and raincoats in the closet. You understand that the owners strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And in our case, there was also a highchair, a potty, a crib, a large bag of toys, a stroller was also offered! They met us late (we arrived after 22 o'clock), showed and told everything. Thanks to Vladislav and his team for comfort, attentiveness and trust! We wish you success and many, many clients! Very tall, nice people. Nice view if you sit on the acgter side. Wild boars heard in the evening. Located very in the center. Very nice and lovely people. Apartment next to it can also be used with large groups. Elevator opens to the front door. Parking garage under the house.
