Pán na telefonu mě ironicky odmítl radu dát, s tím at si užiju nákup na jiném eshopu (přitom eshop mají). Vysvětlení bylo, že pokud chci nakoupit, je nutné strávit 30-45minul na jejich showroomu s kávičkou. A to i přesto, že jsem se mu řekla důvod preference nákupu na dálku. Asi to ale není standartní jednání této společnosti, předešlá zkušenost byla příjemná.. A to i když jsem se standartně nejprve připravila radou po telefonu a později jen vyzvedla (důvěřuj ale prověřuj). I wanted advice on buying a resistor on the eshop for BW speakers. Poradí, pomohou, a to nejen před nákupem, ale i po něm. Prostě si svých zákazníku váží a nemá cenu hledat jiného prodejce :) If you need advice on choosing a turntable (my case), I definitely recommend. Both gentlemen in Prague are absolute professionals who know what they are talking about. They will advise, help, not only before the purchase, but also after it. He just respects his customers and is not worth looking for another seller :)
