★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předřažená nekvalitní obuv. Navíc hrozný přístup zaměstnanců. Boty se rozlepili asi po měsíci, reklamovala jsem 2x během pár měsíců a i přes to mi odmítli vrátit peníze. To je sice fajn, že mi boty zalepí, ale vezmu si je dvakrát a problém je opět na světě. Už si zde nikdy nic nekoupím
Pre-cut low-quality footwear. In addition, the terrible attitude of employees. The shoes came off after about a month, I complained twice in a few months and they still refused to return my money. It's nice that my shoes will stick, but I'll take them twice and the problem is back in the world. I will never buy anything here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím nakupovat boty už jen do Ara shoes. Jsou pěkné, kvalitní a dlouho mi vydrží.
Doporučuji, obsluha je velmi ochotná, vždy mi vyšla vstříc.
Obdivuji je, že pro každé boty musí vyběhnout ty schody.
I only go shopping for Ara shoes. They are nice, high quality and will last me a long time.
I recommend, the staff is very helpful, always accommodated.
I admire them for running up those stairs for every shoe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of formal shoes from here that I had worn maybe 6 times in the past few years. They acquired a minor tear by the stitching, so I took them in hoping that the shop could repair them. A few weeks later they told me that the damage was not consistent with shoes that had been worn for this number of years and that if there had been a manufacturing fault it would have occurred in the first few months of ownership. But I had only worn them on rare occasions. Anyway they told me there was nothing they could do.
