Є все необхідне для зручного і комфортного проживання (посуд, мікрохвильовка, електрочайник, електроплита, Wi-Fi, пральна машина, кавоварка- тільки треба спеціальні капсули купляти, фен, білизна, рушники.....). У вартість входить паркомісце, що дуже актуально для Праги. По розташуванню ідеально для туристів, декілька зупинок до центру, біля самісінького Ольшанського кладовища (особисто я дуже люблю гуляти тут,це величезний парк з надгарними скульптурами). Можна погуляти всередині у дворі будинку ( ми були з дітьми, тому це важливо). Навпроти через дорогу є парк Parukářka. Там є декілька дитячих майданчиків, місця для грилю і шашлику, чудовий вид на Жіжков. З великих мвгазинів через одну зупинку є магазин Albert (але він не найкращої якості). За 10 хв трамваєм - Lidl, 15 хв - Kaufland. Також навпроти є велике відділення Чеської пошти. - В кінці березня, без опалення і після провітрювання температура в кімнаті не опускалась нижче 24-25 градусів, дуже тепло. На літо потрібен кондиціонер. Friendly and attentive manager. The apartment is in a beautiful new building. There is everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay (dishes, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee maker, you just need to buy special capsules, hair dryer, linen, towels .....). The price includes a parking space, which is very important for Prague. The location is ideal for tourists, a few stops to the center, near the very Olshansky cemetery (personally I really like to walk here, it is a huge park with beautiful sculptures). You can walk inside the yard (we were with the children, so it's important). Opposite across the road is Parukářka Park. There are several playgrounds, places for grilling and barbecue, a great view of Zhizhkov. Of the large stores within one stop there is a store Albert (but it is not the best quality). In 10 minutes by tram - Lidl, 15 minutes - Kaufland. Also opposite is a large branch of the Czech Post. - At the end of March, without heating and after ventilation, the temperature in the room did not fall below 24-25 degrees, very warm. Air conditioning is needed for the summer.
P	Pablo Suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de atención. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva en booking y cuando nos llamaron y notamos el problema, solo les interesó quedarse con el dinero. Tuvimos que coger noche en otro sitio y siendo este el más barato, preferimos pagar más caro antes que seguir recibiendo una pésima atención. Terrible service of attention. We had a problem with the reservation in booking and when they called us and we noticed the problem, they were only interested in keeping the money. We had to take the night somewhere else and this being the cheapest, we prefer to pay more than to continue receiving terrible attention.

I	Imelda Madigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was lovely, clean and very quite there was just the two of us and we had enough room bed was comfortable and the sofa, great shower Alex the host was very nice answered any questions we had and got back to me straight away which is helpful when you are in a different country for the first time we had a late flight which was no problem to check in Alex was waiting in reception and showed us to apartment which also is in a nice area not to far from the city there are trams afew min walk away(red the leaflet Alex has to do with which tkt you will need and dont to forget to validate your tkt when you get on tram these tkt will do tram, bus & metro so cheap and efficient) tkts from tobacco shop head left out of building opp Olsanka Hotel on main road albert supermarket little few mins farer Recommend Lavicka Restaurant 5mins walk from Olsanka Hotel on same side heading towards city Would recommend this apartment if we return to Prague would stay there again :) So thank you Alex for making our stay easier :)
