We were excited about this hostel, loved the decor and vibe of it, but were horrified when we were laying in bed and realized they were crawling with adult bedbugs. When we told the front desk, they offered to move us to a new room, but we refused, because if there's that many bedbugs in one room, then they are everywhere. We got our money back and found a hotel away from that building. Normally I wouldn't blame the hotel, since bedbugs aren't a cleanliness thing, but we were upset to find out that before we arrived people had reported the bedbugs and we found that after our report, more people were dealing with them in nights after, which tells us that they didn't take the problem seriously and kept letting people sleep in the beds. Until they get rid of this problem, I have to warn people away.

The club/disco downstairs kept us awake all night, the room didn’t had any curtains so it was bright light as soon as the sun came up and the beds were made from plywood. Then wanted to take a shower but the glass screens came off and the water would not drain. After expressing our complaints the manager he just didn’t care and said this was normal. Never going back here again!
R	Rokko Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hostel with super friendly staff. Interior design is very beautiful in the style of jungle/forest. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and functional. We were 6 persons and stayed in the family room with two levels. The shared kitchen was directly in front of our room, which was loud sometimes if other guests used the kitchen
C	C K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms, super friendly staff, central location with very good tram connection to the inner city right in front of it. Supermarket is available one street away. Rooms are very fairly priced, you can't get it better than here, not for the same quality. Water pressure in the showers is a bit low, when all showers are in use (just shower at noon ;) ) All in all I would come back anytime!

Avoid this hostel and read all the comments before booking if it is not already too late. They found another room for the guy with the broken bed, but we didn't fit all in the new room and I still had to sleep in the dirty one. The broken bed was just the cherry on the top of the cake but it was not the only problem. The room was so dirty that there was even an empty bottle below my bed. Their solution solved the problem partially but we were far from happy with it. Actually, they didn't even asked whether we were happy with that solution and assumed so. I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't pass a health service inspection. The optimal solution would have been a refund at least of 50% as only half of the group had a normal room to sleep in. We only stayed there because it was 1 am when we arrived to the hotel. You just have to read all the reviews to confirm what kind of hostel it is.
S	Sebastian Skala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive feedback for overall cleaness, comfort, locality, price and staff. I used a 4-bed room which has been perfectly clean, very comfortable and enough big. Very good matraces i have to say. As well i was always warm welcomed by the nice employees and the big and chilli lounge. When i had any question, from the FrontOffice always helped me and we had always a nice chat. Recomend for anybody who search balance between price/value. For my, well done

It's decorated beautifully; the walls have a wonderful print and the beds/keys etc are all wooden to create a forest type atmosphere! The staff are also extremely lovely, speak English well and know a lot about the surroundings :) the location is good too - only a 15/20 minute walk to old town square! My only wish is that there was an elevator so I didn't have to carry my luggage up a lot of stairs - but that's Europe for you!! Absolutely loved this place! :)
A	Alt Narrative on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here quite a few years ago but google maps keeps prompting me to give a review so ok. I found it really cosy and fun, loved the decor. Showering facilities weren’t ideal but that’s normal in a budget hotel. I liked the common area and the fact that one could buy drinks from reception. One of the cheapest hostels I had ever stayed in (but my currency exchange was higher back then). I personally would recommend it.
