Velmi nepříjemný personál. Uschovany kufrik byl prohrabany a snedene tousty, bagety nakousane a znecistene oblečení. U snídaně hlídač, hruza. Vickrat ne. Obrazky nesouhlasi s realitou.
Very unpleasant staff. The stored suitcase was dug up and eaten toast, baguettes bitten and soiled clothes. At breakfast a security guard, a horror. Not Vickrat. The pictures do not agree with reality.

Этот "отель" - это дыра и клоповник. Вывески нет. Вход закрыт. После долго ожидания и постоянных попыток связаться дверь открыл какой-то бармен. Сказал, что информации о нашей резервации нет. Стали разбираться. Он позвонил хозяину. Тот подтвердил, что резервации нет. Но не смотря на это они могут нас заселить. Когда перешли к регистрации они всетаки нашли нашу резервацию. На просьбу показать номер за который платим сказали: "или платите, или валите отсюда". Т.е. нам отказались показать номер до оплаты (почему выяснилось позже). Перешли к оплате. Цену завысили, 372 евро вместо 349. Оплатили. Пошли смотреть номер. Номер не соответсвует забронированному. Номер был отвратительного качества. В номере была двухспальная кровать, двухэтажная кровать и одноэтажная. В номере пахло сигаретами. Он сказал: "если будете курить - открывайте окно". Душ был в плесени. Далее нам показали другой номер, на вид лучше. Но когда сели на кровать она развалилась. Простынь оказалась порваная, матрас в пятнах. Плюс хамское отношение персонала. Потребовали вернуть деньги. Muy mala gestión por parte de este hotel, hace 5 meses reservé una habitación para 3 noches y a la semana de que ésta reserva se efectuara, me cancelan la habitación sin ninguna explicación. Dejándonos con los vuelos y todo reservado, excepto el hotel. Porque prefieren cobrarla actualmente al triple. Aún sigo esperando tanto respuesta por Booking como por parte del hotel. Panda de irresponsables. Életem legrosszabb élménye! Mikor odamentünk közölte a recepciós hogy 70 euro (2 éj) helyett 75 Eur/per nap +10 Euro! Majd elkezdett kiabálni velünk, hogy ha nem fizetünk tünjünk el. Hát el is mentünk! Szörnyű ami ott megy!!
The worst experience of my life! When we went there the receptionist told me that 70 euros (2 nights) instead of 75 Eur / day +10 Euro! Then he started shouting at us that if we didn’t pay we would disappear. Well, we're gone! It's awful going there !!

Terrible place, terrible staff, terrible conditions. Don’t you think going there people!!! ??? The room was booked through Booking. The pictures looked decent. In reality… Creepy place, rooms in awful condition, with broken beds, holes in the sheets, spots on the mattress looked like blood ?? They didn’t let us see the rooms before we paid. Once we saw the rooms we couldn’t stay in that sh!those and had to leave! Needless to say those swindlers didn’t want to return the money. Had to involve the bank and Booking.com into this sick story. Tourists BEWARE!!!
