★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No už několikrát velké zklamání. Máme odtamtud kuchyň. Montáž proběhla v únoru 2022 a je konec dubna a stále není komplet. Při reklamaci dali ruce pryč a museli jsme si to u výrobce vyřídit sami. Už bych si tam kuchyň nenechala dělat
 Well, several times a big disappointment. We have a kitchen from there. The assembly took place in February 2022 and is the end of April and is still not complete. They put their hands away during the complaint and we had to deal with it ourselves at the manufacturer. I wouldn't have the kitchen done there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji nechat si zde vyhotovit kuchyň na míru!!!!! Horor....
4 mesice čekání na samotnou kuchyň, v průběhu spousta úprav a týden před doručením se dozvíme, že nám sklo nemůže být vůbec vyrobeno ... vyvrcholilo samotným doručením kuchyně kdy přišla skříňka absolutně v jiné barvě, dvoje dvířka poničené a obě části samotné pracovní desky se špatným rozměrem. Dávejte si hlavně pozor, když někde zapomenete udělat zásuvku, protože Vám nic nezapoji a kabel klidně hodí za linku, kam vy po zamontovani nemáte ani přístup.
Je to přesně 5 týdnu od reklamace (5 měsíců od samotného objednání kuchyně) a my stále pracujeme v rozpracované kuchyní a překračujeme nezamontované zbytky kuchyně.
Kuchyně Čakovice nereagují, člověk se musí připomínat a jen předávají informace na pobočku z mého města.
EDIT: 58 dní čekání na reklamaci a opět poškozená dvířka a špatný rozměr pracovní desky.
Telefon od paní vedoucí, že se zaručuje, ale tentokrát to 2 měsíce trvat nebude ....
I absolutely do not recommend having a custom-made kitchen here !!!!! Horror ....
4 months of waiting for the kitchen itself, during a lot of adjustments and a week before delivery we learn that the glass can not be made at all ... culminated in the delivery of the kitchen when the cabinet came in a completely different color, two doors damaged and both parts of the worktop itself wrong size. Be especially careful if you forget to make a socket somewhere, because it won't connect you and the cable will easily fit behind a line to which you don't even have access after installation.
It is exactly 5 weeks after the complaint (5 months from the actual ordering of the kitchen) and we still work in the unfinished kitchen and cross the unassembled remnants of the kitchen.
Čakovice kitchens do not respond, one has to be reminded and just pass on information to the branch from my city.
EDIT: 58 days waiting for a complaint and again a damaged door and the wrong size of the worktop.
Phone from the head of the manager that it is guaranteed, but this time it will not take 2 months ....
