Celý profesní život se věnuji gastronomii a celé to čtvrtstoletí se pořád motám kolem vína. Nemám specifické someliérské vzdělání, ale mám za sebou dlouhá léta praxe, ochutnávání, poznávání a spoustu zážitků, které s vínem přímo nebo nepřímo souvisí.
Zkušenosti jsem sbíral celou dobu zejména ve francouzské gastronomii, třeba v restauraci La Perle de Prague, Céleste restaurantu, Atelier restaurantu ve Vršovicích a teď aktuálně na Malé Straně, ale také v Burgundsku či na Korsice, kde jsem dva roky pracoval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was overall a very nice restaurant and is conveniently located near Petrin Tower. The menu however is very limited in size and did not really cater to vegetarians. The prices here can be a bit steep and being charged for tap water may be a bit off putting. I would however, recommend that you give this restaurant a try if you’re in the catchment area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, this was very disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the steak (which I think was the the most expensive dish on the menu), the waiter even asked him on how he would like the steak, rare, medium,.. but then forgot about. There were three waiters and every of them was serving all tables, it was way too chaotic (we ordered to a different person that brought the food to us and then we paid to the third one) so we understand this mistake, it wasn’t even a full house, maximum 5 table so I don’t understand how they could watch me eating without realising they didn’t bring a meal to my boyfriend,… and yes we could say something, but we thought that obviously that the steak is preparing longer then my soup and salad and then we don’t even wanted to be there longer so we did not tell them about it. The last drop was when we really wanted to pay and leave and all of the 3 waiters disappeared in the kitchen. Food was good, great location and interesting ambience even the staff was friendly so I just wish this review will get to the management so in the future this won’t happen cause I was disappointed but my poor boyfriend was both disappointed and hungry and that’s all just because of disorganisation.
