★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to pay by card here! We managed to get the staff's attention after more than 20 minutes of waiting and them serving all tables which came after us, but ours. Restaurant was not even half full. Homemade Mead was homemade in a way that they took mead and dilluted it with water so much it became water itself, just the color stayed (they even served it with honey! Which would be nonsense with proper Mead). Beer was pretty good, same goes for seasonal goose soup. What was really UNUSUAL for any restaurant in Czech Republic was the lack of boiled potatoes as a side. You can get potatoes only in fried versions, or their special cheesey-bacony baked potatoes.
Fried Camembert was the worst of our lives - divided to small cubes and fried to death in a thick crust, same goes for fries. Special goose roll was also weird, like eating dumplings with dumplings as a side. We came here on a recommendation of of our friends, but sadly were utterly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can only pay cash, and if you want to pay in eur , the change course is very bad. I did't like the food. Not to much care for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to have a drink after the climb to Petrin Tower.
Relaxing and beautifully immersed in nature with a nice view on Prague. Good and cheap drinks. After asking if they did table service I got a really rude and awkward reply from the guy with glasses, almost like he got offended; also I would suggest asking how much the customers wants to tip instead of getting the money and keeping the change, that is really impolite and doesn't leave a good impression.
I realise they are not super fluent in English and also they must get annoying 'chavvy groups of guys' all the time but still.. so if you ignore the usual WEIRD dude (seems to be a pattern in Prague, rude, insecure waiters, just male ones, women are super nice) you will enjoy this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our meal here, went for early lunch on a damp August Monday lunchtime and the place was surprisingly empty. Must have been the weather and day. The price point was moderate for Prague and such a lovely view. The food was all tasty and well presented but I honestly expected a little bit more on the quality front. I would encourage friends to go for the setting but not be back in a rush myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rude male waiter and mediocre, overpriced food. The restaurant was empty, yet we got scolded for sitting at a table for 6 by the window when we were only 4 ("zadny mensi stul se vam nelibil?"). The only good thing is their beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is bad, and pricey. Tastes cheap and bland. From the soup to the cheeses, the pork too. Comes "off the bone" because it was never on the bone in the first place. Food is frozen, total scam for the price.
The wine is sweet, the beer is good because they don't make it. The view is nice because they didn't make it. Only get drinks here. Cash only which is annoying too
