Ridiculous prices. Rude waiter tried to force a tip. Don't go there - it's a tourist trap!

Got up and left as soon as i saw a beer costs 80..go to kuchyn. Its 1 minute away with a better view and a beer costa 49. Tourist trap. Avoid it.

Horrible rip-off with rude staff, and where "homemade" lemonade consists of artificial lemon syrup bought from a supermarket and mixed with sparkling water. POS system broken (probably on purpose) to force people to pay the awful euro exchange rate. Pizza was okay. Overall probably the worst restaurant experience of my life.

do not go there! they will charge you 20 EUR for 2 coffees! and the coffees will not even be of decent quality. hugely overpriced and they overcharge tourists that do not speak czech language!

Don't go here, absolute tourist trap. Expensive place with no prices on the menu. Arrogant staff who tip themselves.

We visited that place because wanted to drink some beer with the picturesque view of Prague. What did we get was: - Picturesque view of Prague; - Overpriced beer (okay, that's our problems since we hadn't check any different bars around); - Extremely unfriendly service; - Cash payment, however we wanted to pay with card (waiter's motivation was that the sum is too small to pay with card); - The other guests were asked to order only food, not drinks. At first, I didn't believe to my ears, but successfully the waiter repeated his claim; - A bill with the larger price of the beer, than in menu (seems that this is a common problem in Czech Republic); - Change with the tips included. We didn't want to leave any tips. And didn't want to talk to the waiter anymore.

I had the worst experience ever in this restaurant on the first day in Prague. After all that, I found here on the google map, read all the reviews, and now understand we were not the only one who were conned in this rubbish here. We sat outside, after a while I found my bottom got wet. (Yeah they hand’t changed the wet sitting cushion after moning shower.) ㅡfirst unpleasant, but o..k The waiter took our order - carbonara and schnitzel. The schinitzel was served as in chicken with french fries and salad in one plate. We didn’t expect a ‘chicken’ schnitzel but ate it without doubt - the taste was disappointing compared to ridicoulously high price it turned out! Things happened when we asked a bill to pay. The waiter who took our order gave us bill which said.. we ordered Chicken-fried Steak, not Schnitzel, and separate french fries!(The truth is my husband saw chicken-fried steak on the menu at higher price, and we didn’t order fries separately.) When we asked him about it, the waiter who had tried to look kind during our lunch turned completely evil. He got upset to us, demanded 10% tip, and hurried us to pay the bill saying it was about to shower rain without convincing us on the bill.. For the price, it was complete rip-off! The waiter was so unpleasantly rude! How come he demended a service fee with this terrible service and fraud? PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Tourists!! Be careful! There’s no sign board of “Mystic Restaurant”. That’s why I added a photo - all places you can see in this picture belong to this one restaurant! Don’t get trapped here!

Very bad service with very bad overpriced food that will get served cold. When you are a tourist they will let you pay more ‘by accident’ watch out and don’t order something here!
