★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montáž a produkt v pořádku ale jakmile vznikne problém nebo je potřeba něco dodělat nebo opravit pan majitel přestane brát telefon nebo jen měsíce slibuje a nic. tady si evidentně zákazníka neváží a jim dáváte nemalé peníze.
Assembly and product okay but as soon as there is a problem or need to finish or repair something, the owner stops taking the phone or only promises months and nothing. obviously they do not value the customer here and you give them considerable money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priserna spoluprace, pres pul roku slibovani. Nakonec kdyz nekdo prijel tak na 3 hodiny, pouze vymenil svetla a zase odjel a cely bazen je stale nedodelany, prace stoji, nikdo nekomunikuje, nebere telefony, pouze sliby a vysledek 0. Shanime jineho dodavatele.
Great cooperation, over half a year of promise. In the end, when someone arrived for 3 hours, he just changed the lights and left again and the whole pool is still unfinished, work is stopped, no one communicates, does not take phones, only promises and the result of Shanime of another supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi po roce a 100 volání (které nikdo nezvedl, protože zjistili, že máme problém), se konečně někdo přijel podívat na závadu bazénu. Zkontrolovali závadu během 3 minut, slibili, že do 2 týdnů přijedou a od té se po nich slehla zem a zase neberou mobil.
After about a year and 100 calls (which no one answered because they found out we had a problem), someone finally came to see the pool fault. They checked the defect within 3 minutes, promising that they would arrive within 2 weeks, and from there the ground fell on them and they did not pick up the cell phone again.
