★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušnej poděl, objednal jsem si APPLE esrpods a místo toho aby byly ty sluchátka od applu tak to jsou klasické padělky a na vrácení zboží nechtějí přistoupit. Kdyby nehrály jak šunty od vietnamců tak by mi to bylo jedno ale zní to jako poslouchat hudbu přes plechovku.
 Decent share, I ordered APPLE esrpods and instead of those headphones from Apple so they are classic fakes and do not want to return the goods. If they didn't play both Vietnamese shunts, I wouldn't care, but it sounds like listening to music through a can.

Great approach and quick reactions both by email and when resolving the situation. The goods had some defects, complaints were handled without any problems within a week. Satisfaction for me.
