★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokazil se alternátor, tak jsme skončili v neděli večer na výletě v Kutné Hoře 350 km od domova, po zavolání byl pan Beil ochoten pro nás přijet, přes kabel jsme nastartovali a dojeli k němu do servisu, sehnal nám hotel, dovezl na ubytování a během následujícího dopoledne sehnal nový ND a auto opravil, perfektní práce, rychlost a ochotný lidský přístup, velmi děkujeme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super. Oprava teda trvala dlouho, ale to kvůli tomu, že všechny servisy byly neskutečně vytížené - včetně tohoto. Nicméně výsledek perfektní a nemám co vytknout. Odjel jsem s opraveným autem a jezdí jak zamlada.
Great. So the repair took a long time, but that's because all the services were incredibly busy - including this one. However, the result is perfect and I have nothing to complain about. I left with a repaired car and it drives like a kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem k nim auto na geometrii, po najeti na obrubnik a vymene rafku a prorazene pneu totiz tahlo doprava. Odpoledne si pro nej jedu a pry že je to ok, rikali projeli jsme to, jsou tam male vule umerne veku auta. Rikam to je divne predchozi geometrie pred mesicem nemela ani mm rozdil. Odjizdim a auto tahlo doprava uplne stejne. Rikam si ze ani volant neni srovnany. Hm. Pocitove mi prislo ze za ten den v tom aute nikdo nesedel. Stalo i na stejnem miste a sedacka nebyla posunuta, zrcatko hnute.. Ale dukaz nemam... kontaktuji je. Jednou nezvedaji oni pak ja.. Uplne jsme se nespojili. Pisu sms.. a dalsi dny uz nemam chut se s nimi spojovat.. vcera jsem si auto privezl z druheho servisu, nic nikam netahne, volant srovnany, 3mm byl rozdil. A levnejsi. Co si o teto firme mam myslet? Pokud panu Beilovi nektery vykuk mechanik tvrdi že mi geo delal, tak akorat kazi jejich, pokud maji, dobre jmeno a mel by letět. Ja prisel pouze o 8 stovek. Sem už nikdy!

I leave and the car pulled to the right in exactly the same way. I say that even the steering wheel is not leveled. Hm. I feel like no one was in that car that day. It happened in the same place and the seat was not moved, the mirror moved .. But I have no proof ... I contact them. Once they don't lift then I ... We haven't completely merged. I write sms .. and for the next few days I don't feel like connecting with them .. yesterday I brought the car from the second service, nothing goes anywhere, the steering wheel leveled, 3mm was the difference. And cheaper. What should I think about this company? If Mr. Beil, some peek-out mechanic claims that he did geo to me, he just spoils their, if they have, a good name and he should fly. I lost only 8 hundred. Never again!
