Po dlouhém popojíždění po okolních servisech mě zde srozumitelně vysvětlili cestu a nabídli prohlídku vozu před STK bez čekání. Tu jsem odmítl, auto si připravuju sám, ale cestou mi asi praskla žárovka, přijímací technik mě upozornil na nesvítící světlo a nabídl výměnu žárovky. To jsem nemohl odmítnout. Ještě jednou dík, za takovou službu se jinde platí... Thanks to the car service for being helpful. I was looking for MOT, which is quite tucked here in KH. After a long drive around the surrounding services, I was clearly explained the way and offered a tour of the car in front of the MOT without waiting. I refused it, I am preparing the car myself, but on the way I probably had a bulb burst, the reception technician alerted me to the unlit light and offered to replace the bulb. I could not refuse. Thanks again, for such a service is paid elsewhere ...

Jednou je to jina velikost pneu, podruhe neopravena mlhovka, potřetí prilepena lišta která se po tydnu odlepuje. A mohla bych pokracovat dal. Za mne naprostá nespokojenost!!! There is something wrong every time I go to this service with my car. One time it is a different size of tire, the second time the fog lamp is not repaired, the third time a strip is glued which detaches after a week. And I could go on. Total dissatisfaction for me !!!

M	Martina Štecherová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za nás veliké zklamání. Po telefonické domluvě jsme se přijeli podívat na Škoda Octavia RS. Máme vážný zájem o jeho koupi. Dorazili jsme v 15:30, protože z práce nejsme schopni dříve dorazit a nejsme místní. Paní z obsluhy nám dala ihned patřičně najevo, že jedeme dost pozdě a že brzy končí pracovní doba. Auto ovšem nebylo připraveno k vyjetí a bylo třeba přeparkovat. Vyjeli jsme z Kutné Hory směr Foxconn, u ČKD jsme dostali instrukci auto otočit s tím, že čas už se krátí. Vypadá to, že dotyčná paní dělá svoji práci za trest. V 15:55 jsme vylezli z auta a než jsme se rozloučili, neváhala se několikrát podívat na hodinky, zda-li ji příliš nezdržujeme. Je zcela jisté, že tady si auto nekoupíme. Great disappointment for us. After a telephone appointment, we came to see the Škoda Octavia RS. We are seriously interested in buying it. We arrived at 15:30 because we are unable to arrive earlier from work and we are not local. The lady from the staff immediately made it clear to us that we were quite late and that working hours were ending soon. However, the car was not ready to go and had to be parked. We drove from Kutná Hora in the direction of Foxconn, at ČKD we were instructed to turn the car around, saying that time was running out. The lady in question seems to be doing her job as punishment. At 15:55 we got out of the car and before we said goodbye, she didn't hesitate to look at her watch a few times to see if we were holding her back too much. It is quite certain that we will not buy a car here.

R	Ross Downey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying a few unhelpful garages, we spoke to this Skoda dealer who were more than happy to help us with a wounded Octavia. They did an amazing job getting a major repair done to the car in a few days and having it ready for us to make our return journey on time. A special mention to Joseph Leopold and the service team for making a molehill out of a mountain and being a friendly helpful team. If we ever have a problem here again we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommended, and thank you.
