M	Mariana Petríková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu doporučit! Objednán auto klíč. Se servisním technikem jsem byla domluvená, že si ho dnes vyzvednu, ne však na určitou hodinu. Technik ale dnes nebyl přítomen a málem to vypadalo, že mě pošlou domů, že o ničem nikdo neví a objednaná nejsem.. Nakonec, když už jsem pěnila, se mě celkem neochotně ujal vedoucí autosalonu. Vzal si ode mě klíč, usadil mě, ať čekám a beze slova vysvětlení odešel.. Měl to být výkon na zhruba 20 minut.. Čekala jsem hodinu bez jediné informace! Když jsem přebírala hotový klíč, koukal na mě divně, že ho chci před zaplacením vyzkoušet.. Takže závěrem, špatná komunikace, arogantní chování, neochota a nakonec i vyšší cena než domluvená. Rozhodně jsem se tam necítila jako zákaznice, ale někdo, kdo otravuje.. I can not recommend! Ordered car key. I was agreed with the service technician to pick him up today, but not for an hour. Bylo mi sděleno že oprava nebude hotová dříve než ve 4:00 odpoledne krátce po 12 hodině již volali že je hotovo abych si pro auto přijel že musí opravovat další a nemají tam místo. Dále zanechali v mém vozidle klíče které nepatřily k mému vozu nýbrž k vozu jiného zákazníka a musel jsem čekat na jejich mechanika doma až si pro ty klíče které nechal v autě dorazí. Původně po mně chtěli abych jim klíče dovezl do Kutné Hory. They also left keys in my vehicle that did not belong to my car but to another customer's car, and I had to wait for their mechanic at home until they arrived for the keys he had left in the car. Originally, they wanted me to bring their keys to Kutná Hora.

Obzvláště musím zmínit přístup paní Godlewské, která se mnou prodej vozu vyřizovala, byla, příjemná, milá a ochotná vše se mnou vyřídit. Na všem, co jsme se dohodli bylo splněno. Dnes autíčko slouží a polyká kilometry, ještě jednou všem z firmy UNIKOM z Kutné Hory moc moc děkuji…… I am very pleased with the attitude and behavior in selling the new Citroen. A	Adam Křenovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma ma dobre hodnoceni jen diky prodejne, autoservis rozhodne nedoporucuji a pokud nahodou nemuzete jinam a vas vuz dostane na starosti pan Dvořák, tak se pripravte na nekolik až týdenních odložení a auto ani nemusí skončit opravené. The company has a good rating only thanks to the store, I definitely do not recommend car service and if by chance you can't go anywhere and Mr. Dvořák will be in charge of your car, then be prepared for several weeks of delays and the car may not even end up repaired.

E	Eliška Čtvrtníková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší servis, který jsme v životě navštívili. Šéf mechanik Dvořák absolutně nezdvořilý a neschopný. Nechali jsme zde auto s tím, že ho potřebujeme do daného termínu a tak nám bylo s jistotou slíbeno. Termín si pán prodloužil nejdříve o 3 dny s tím, že už to najisto bude. Po 3 dnech nám bylo oznámeno že auto bude až za týden, tak jsme si pro něj přijeli. Místo omluvy na nás čekal nezdvořilý pán Dvořák, který na nás jen pokřikoval z dálky ať ho dáme jinam a že to nebude komentovat. Otřesné. Nikdy více. The worst service we've ever visited. Chief mechanic Dvořák absolutely rude and incompetent. We left the car here with the proviso that we needed it by the given date, so we were promised with certainty. The gentleman extended the deadline by 3 days at the earliest, with the proviso that it would be certain for sure. After 3 days we were informed that the car will be in a week, so we came for it. Instead of an apology, the rude Mr. Dvořák was waiting for us, who just shouted at us from a distance to put him somewhere else and that he would not comment on it. Terrible. Never more.
