K	Kateřina Synáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autobus přijel o 20 minut později, ale absolutně se nesnažil dohnat zpoždění, naopak ho o dalších 20 minut zvýšil. Řidič působil neprofesionálně a zmateně. Několikrát jsme se strachem sledovali, jak za volantem usíná, také mnohokrát za jízdy naprosto bezdůvodně otevřel a zavřel dveře (možná se snažil větrat, zřejmě mu unikla existence klimatizace). Upřímně jsme byli rádi, že jsme se vůbec dostali do cíle, i když se čtyřicetiminutovým zpožděním. Jestli ještě někdy autobus této společnosti zahlédnu, tak se mu opravdu vyhnu obloukem. Several times we watched in fear as he fell asleep behind the wheel, and many times while driving he opened and closed the door for no reason at all (perhaps he tried to ventilate, apparently he missed the existence of air conditioning). We were honestly glad that we got to the finish line at all, albeit with a forty-minute delay. If I ever see this company's bus again, I'll really avoid it with a bend.
j	jan rademar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Využil jsem tuto spolecnost 10.10.2021 na trase Šp.Mlýn -Praha.Autobus čisty a velmi pohodlný,řidič slušný a úplně v pohodě.Odjel na čas,příjezd do Prahy asi o 15min. později,ne vinou řidiče,ale diky několika uzavírkám cestou.Jinak vše OK. I used this company on October 10, 2021 on the route Šp.Mlýn -Prague. The bus is clean and very comfortable, the driver is decent and perfectly fine. He left on time, arrival in Prague in about 15 minutes. later, not through the driver's fault, but thanks to several road closures. Otherwise everything is OK.
B	Bee H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nová Paka - Praha, jela jsem již několikrát, vždy přijede se zpožděním, je mi řečeno ať si sednu kam chci, i když mám místenku. Jedou dva autobusy, chaos v domluvě mezi řidiči. Dneska máme zpoždění min. 45min. To už je extrém // aktualizace: poslední dobou se zlepšili co se týče času, jen bych ještě pořešila dodržování míst / místenek a velká výhoda je, že jezdí až na hlavní nádraží ?

Aj keď na stránkach o sebe tvrdia že spľňajú európsky štandard, v autobuse nie sú ani len zásuvky čo už je dnes fakt hanba. No proste klasiké taktiky, ak môžte choďte regiojetom. For one backpack I was charged an extra baggage fee for an already quite expensive ticket. Although the sites claim to meet the European standard, there are not even sockets on the bus, which is a real shame today. Well, just classic tactics, if you can go regiojet.
H	Hana Velká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odjezd v sobotu brzo ráno z Prahy Černého Mostu přesně podle telefonické informace z předešlého dne. Jízdenka koupená na místě za 160,-Kč těsně před odjezdem. Autobus prakticky zaplněn cestujícími, přesto místo v přední části vozu. Interiér i exteriér vozu perfektní - jako nový + naprosto čistý. Jízda bezpečná. Pan řidič mile překvapil, že vyšel vstříc cestujícím vystupujících po trase. Zástávka v Nové Pace s oznámením možnosti WC 3min. - nádraží v Nové Pace jedině skutečně na trase vypadalo tak, jak by mělo nádraží vypadat v civilizované zemi. Příjezd do Vrchlabí na čas. Jako osoba běžně nevyužívající autobusové linkové spoje, jsem byla dopravou a přístupem pana řidiče mile potěšena. Mohu tak jedině doporučit. Z	Zuzana Sedláčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ani jednou nepřijeli včas, z nepochopitelného důvodu dostal pan řidič pokyn z dispečinku, že se má vrátit do výchozí stanice, kam přišlo ještě pár lidí, i přes to, že už jsme byli na dálnici, půl hodiny od odjezdu, horší než jakákoliv jiná společnost They never arrived on time, for an incomprehensible reason the driver was instructed by the control room to return to the departure station, where a few more people came, even though we were already on the highway, half an hour after departure, worse than any other company.
K	Keelishka Kousava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím neskutečně moc poděkovat úžasné paní v kanceláři Autobey. Bez zaváhání nám pomohla domluvit řidiče, aby počkal ( na první cestě bylo zpoždění a už by se nestíhala cesta zpět). A tak se zraněný přítel s malým synem dostal domů a nezůstal nikde viset. Za mě velmi milé překvapení, že všechno jde vyřešit, když se chce ( a že mám velmi nepříjemné zkušenosti s Flix bus). Určitě společnost AUTO - BEY. DOPORUČUJI.?❤️ I have a lot to thank the amazing lady in the Autobey office. Without hesitation, she helped us arrange for the driver to wait (there was a delay on the first trip and there would be no way back). J	Jesus Ruben Lopez Redondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus from Lipno n.v. to Prague on 20.09.2020 at 08:30 never arrived. It was in the schedule at the bus stop, in IDOS and in their webpage. We called the company and they simply said the bus wouldn't come. I understand it may not be a very busy line, but the least they can do is announce its cancelled. Very unprofessional.
