The bad: credit cards are not accepted (at least the option was not offered) + they overcharged an extra hour here, another "heavy item fee" there, etc. My advice is to just get your detailed estimate in advance (I suggest to confirm with them if travel time to/from your place counts, what heavy items are, what will count toward packaging, etc. - get an estimate that is as detailed as possible and don't be afraid to ask questions otherwise they will certainly overcharge you.).
