Férový a milý přístup, cenově v pořádku. Rodinný podnik, žádné drzé jednání, z toho jsem opravdu nadšený a velmi rád se vrátím. Nevím jak ostatní, ale zažil jsem spoustu servisů, kde si s člověkem spíše (lidsky řečeno) vytřou zadek. Tady to nikomu opravdu nehrozí.
Výměna přední žárovky do půl hodiny hotová a za skvělou cenu. Stihl jsem si mile popovídat s paní z kanceláře a byla mi dokonce nabídnuta káva a čaj.
Musím uznat, že jsem trošku bloudil a nebylo mi hned jasné, kde servis je. Ukazatel v půlce příjezdové cesty by celou situaci velmi usnadnil.
- Servis by mohl být lépe označený
- Uvádějí, že je otevřeno od 9:00 - byl jsem předem domluvený na příjezd s vozem na 09:30 a v 9:35 teprve majitelé přijeli a odemykali dílnu. Tudíž bych doporučil si na návštěvu udělat trošku časovou rezervu.
I have to say that this was probably one of the nicest car service visits I've ever had.
Fair and friendly approach, good price. Family business, no cheeky dealings, I'm really excited about it and I'm very happy to be back. I don't know about the others, but I've experienced a lot of services where people (humanly speaking) wipe their asses. Nobody really is in danger here.
Replacement of the front bulb within half an hour ready and at a great price. I managed to have a nice chat with the lady from the office and I was even offered coffee and tea.
I must admit that I wandered a bit and it was not immediately clear to me where the service was. An indicator in the middle of the driveway would make the whole situation much easier.
- The service could be better marked
- They state that it is open from 9:00 - I was arranged in advance with the car to arrive at 09:30 and at 9:35 the owners only arrived and unlocked the workshop. Therefore, I would recommend making a little time reserve for the visit.
