Autodraft, showroom Ostrava

Before I came to Autodraft, I visited a couple of premium wannabes used cars. However, it was clear there who the PREMIUM was !!! Thanks to the approach of Mr. Malcharová and Mr. Pustějovský, one would like to buy a car twice a week ... Maximum satisfaction !!!!!!!!!

Hello, about 6 weeks ago, my partner and I bought an Škoda Octavia 2 facelift RS from Autodraft. I would like to divide this assessment into two phases. The first one will be positive and the fact that we are still satisfied with the car after driving about 3 thousand km above sea level. As for the approach of Autodraft and its employees, there is really nothing to complain about. Absolutely professional approach, which you will rarely meet today :-). Now I come to the "negative" things. The first is that the Autodraft website states that this car is equipped with bi-xenon headlights, which the manufacturer never offered for the Octavia 2 facelift RS (the vehicle is equipped with rotating xenon headlights). Another thing is, as has been said several times here in the comments before me, that we bought the vehicle and the on-board computer lit regular service (oil change, all filters and general service inspection), it was also necessary to change the oil in the manual transmission, because the car start-up in the steering wheel roared and last but not least they were driven down (except for the iron rear brake pads). The sum totals CZK 15,000 for service. I am clearly buying a used vehicle and I would still do some service, but wouldn't the car sell better with this service if the master of the workshop is responsible for the car? The last thing is that we got a warranty on the vehicle (which is not elsewhere :-)) 5 thousand km or one year. This warranty can be extended to two years, but THE CONDITION IS THAT THE CAR WILL BE SERVED IN A SERVICE THAT IS A TAX PAYER, so I have to drive a 10 year old car to such a service and I cannot change the oil, which is not worthwhile for such an old vehicle. To sum it all up, we are still satisfied with the car and Autodraft (except for the complaints written above) I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND.

Last year in August, I bought the Octavia 2, the willingness and professionalism of the store is nothing to blame. I have already driven 20,000 on my Octave. and the car treads like a watch, so it is necessary to mention that I had to change the brakes right from the start, because they were completely worn and the oils and filters, but it was taken into account, then the glow plugs, but the show I bought a used car with the knowledge that I knew I will sometimes need an investment, but I can't complain yet. I recommend for me :-)

Good day, At Autodraft, we received a recommendation from an acquaintance who already had experience with buying a car from this dealer and praised them. We needed to expand our fleet in our company and satisfaction is maximum! During the autumn of 2021 we bought a VW Touran and in December 2022 another VW Caddy. To this day, everything works without problems! Definitely highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with Autodraft. I was at the branch in Ostrava twice and that was enough for me. For the first time I was surprised by the condition (visually) of the cars - the condition of the new cars. I knew right away that I would buy a car here. I chose the parameters of the car and waited (I was not in a hurry to buy - I could easily leave with another car) within a month I bought the car I wanted. And to this day I am extremely satisfied, no hidden flaws. Did I have the car checked by an authorized service center and then at another service and the result? Not a single minor defect, just the condition of the new / driven car. I believe it is not a coincidence and all the cars are alike. And it occurs to me that they offered me the best insurance (the cheapest and at the same time full coverage)

I definitely recommend Autodraft for purchasing a car. As a woman who doesn't understand cars very well, I've been considering where to buy my first car at an affordable price. I knew exactly what car I wanted and that I wanted to avoid hidden flaws and unfair practices. I have heard a lot of bad experiences about other companies / bazaars, as well as when buying from a private individual. As soon as I came across Autodraft and read their references, I immediately went to look at the offer. I chose the car and after contacting me, I was able to come and test the car within two days, inspect it, the mechanic did me a diagnosis, we drove by and I got all the necessary information. The overall communication and negotiations were up to standard. Now I drive approx. 8 months and I am very satisfied. No complications or hidden flaws awaited me. On my recommendation, two of my acquaintances bought their vehicle at Autodraft and are as satisfied as I am. Thank you

Buying a car from Autodraft is happy to RECOMMEND, a pleasant experience for us. About a month ago we bought a 4-year-old VW Passat here, so far we have driven about 3 thousand. km, the car seems to be fine, we did not find any problem. We received a 2-year warranty for the purchase, which also gives a person a feeling of "security" for a used car, for which we thank you. We selected 3 cars on the company's website in advance, of which 2 were able to show us the next day in Prague (we were in a hurry to buy, so we were happy about it, and from the 3rd car we were on the phone, and on the recommendation of the seller, ourselves retreated). Mr. Janota took care of us in the Prague branch (if I'm not mistaken), the meeting was pleasant, we got the required information and a lot of time to decide, and so that we could thoroughly inspect the cars, then even drive, no one pushed us to buy, everyone worked professionally. I would like to point out that the day before we took a tour of another car in Ostrava, where Mr. Pustějovský paid attention to him and a big thank you for his kind and professional approach (in Ostrava the offer of cars is narrower, and although the company can show Prague cars in Ostrava, we were really in a hurry).
