K	Klára Mencnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "KVALITNÍ REPASOVANÁ TURBA " - bych upravila na: " ÚDAJNĚ REPASOVANÁ TURBA" ? Jsou to lháři, podvodníci! Zakoupeno turbo- nefunkční. Po reklamaci jsme dostali turbo druhé - opět nefunkční, po další reklamaci - kdy paní říkala,že tohle už opravdu bude fungovat a pokud ne,že osobně zajede do tam, kde ten "repas" probíhá a osobně na to dohlédne. Jsme tedy odjeli s dalším turbem a ... Opět nefunkční... Žádali jsme tedy o navrácení peněz zpět na účet. A to nastal další problém. Až po několika upozorněních, kdy ta poslední už proběhla, tak,že jsme řekli,že to tedy budeme řešit jinak jsme se dočkali navrácení peněz. Tuto firmu určitě nedoporučuji. "QUALITY REFURBISHED TURBA" - I would change to: "ALLEGEDLY REFURBISHED TURBA" ? They are liars, fraudsters! Purchased turbo-functional. After the complaint, we got a second turbo - again non-functional, after another complaint - when the lady said that this would really work and if not, that she would personally go to where the "refurbishment" is taking place and personally oversee it. So we left with another turbo and ... Not working again ... So we asked for the money to be returned to the account. And that's another problem. It was only after a few warnings, when the last one took place, that we said that we would deal with it, otherwise we received a refund. I definitely do not recommend this company.
S	Servis Servis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zde 3ks repasovaných vstřikovačů, z nichž jeden byl špatný. Odeslal jsem jej na reklamaci a objednal další repasovaný jako náhradu do doby vyřízení reklamace, který už byl v pořádku. Reklamace ale ovšem proběhla neúspěšně! Což mě zarazilo ale nakonec byla reklamace uznána s 20% srážkou za uvedení dílu do prodejního stavu. Chválím ale rychlost dodání a komunikaci se zákazníky, která je na skvělé úrovni. I ordered 3 refurbished injectors here, one of which was bad. I sent it for a complaint and ordered another refurbished as a replacement until the complaint was settled, which was already in order. However, the complaint was unsuccessful! Which struck me, but in the end the complaint was accepted with a 20% deduction for putting the part into sale. But I praise the speed of delivery and communication with customers, which is at a great level.
