Almost at the last moment they decided to rent a car, and Lilya organized everything perfectly, answered any questions at any time — just a good little thing. I will definitely remind this company to everyone I know.

We found VivaRentCar rental in Prague very nicely. We rented a Skoda Fabia 2017, the car is in very good condition, with minor scratches that the service worker fixes when the car is handed over. It is very convenient that upon order confirmation, the car can be adjusted to the desired location in Prague (although this must be clarified in advance). I did not know about this option, so I went to the address indicated on the site, although I could have easily got a car from the hotel. When the car was handed over - that was done, the car was accepted upon arrival at the hotel, which is very convenient. The deposit is really low, this car amounted to 200 Euros, which were returned without any problems when handing over the car (I was expecting a trick until the last, to be honest :)). The car was unlimited mileage, I drove almost 1200 km. In addition, the name of the second driver was included in the contract absolutely free of charge, and, by the way, they provided a navigator in Russian too - which also distinguishes this service from the rest. Undoubtedly, a very good choice for Prague, I recommend it.

During the lease, several questions arose about the car, since I hadn’t traveled to such a car before, prompted promptly and promptly. You can contact not only by phone, but also through the Internet. They respond instantly. Since there are many open access points, they did not even buy a local SIM. At the end of the lease, the plans changed a little and without any problems they changed the time of returning the car. The result was almost another free day with a car, and we went to Dresden, in addition to the original plans. I was going to return to the office of the company, but in the end, they took my car right near the hotel where I lived. Neither for a meeting at the airport, nor for a refund at the hotel did not take an additional payment. Rest turned out just super. Yes, they were looking for a budget car. The result was a Pevgeot 301, which completely satisfied this request and at the same time was absolutely not cramped, but even very spacious and very comfortable.

We took the Skoda Rapid 1.4 Diesel for 3 adults. New, well-groomed car, clean, bright interior. For the 4th day of hire, we drove 2,000 km. in the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany, and the car never let us down. Lily was always in touch and we could contact her in case of questions. We previously downloaded maps of the countries to the phone, but VivaRentCar provided us with a navigator for free, which was nice). We took the car and handed over with a full tank. Also, we asked in advance to arrange a transfer for us for extra. fee (transfer amounted to 18 euros), a polite driver met us on time with a sign at the airport in a business class car. Thanks to VivaRentCar and our manager Lily! I am sure that we will return to the Czech Republic and of course we will contact you to rent a car! The car is new, Škoda Rapid, excellent configuration, the actual consumption is 4.8 liters. We went to Hungary, for a small car I put the maximum rating, almost perfect. Yes, it was also a pleasant surprise that the insurance deductible was only 5000.0 kroons. For comparison - almost everywhere 20,000.0! Who does not know, if you have an accident, pay 5000.0 the rest of the insured event. Recommend!!!
