Ani by to tak nevadilo, kdyby ten olej nestál 460,- kč za litr. PS: Kontrolní měrka olejové hladiny byla v polovině mezi MIN a MAX. Until the warranty inspection, I thought the liquid was incompressible. The oil in the engine, including the filter, is 4 liters and they pushed 5 liters. At least according to the invoice. Nor would it matter if the oil did not cost 460, - CZK per liter. PS: The oil level dipstick was halfway between MIN and MAX.

Po pravdě nechapu, co si o tomto mám myslet :) Arrogant attitude of shop assistant. The salesman calls me with an offer, wants to know the questions, which he then reluctantly and arrogantly answers. In fact I don't know what to think about this :)
R	Roman Vosicky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu soudit prodej nových vozů. Ale do servisu sem jezdím již třetím rokem s Dacia Duster. A musím říci že naprostá spokojenost. Ceny jsou samozřejmě oproti ostatním servisům poněkud vyšší, ale to je u autorizovaného servisu výrobce naprosto normální. Ale musím říci, že jsem naprosto spokojený s přístupem personálu servisu, který se člověku vždy snaží vyjít vstříc a pomoci a je velice ochotný. Pravidelné servisy probíhají vždy formou rezervace dle přání a možností zákazníka. Po příjezdu na servis vůz ihned převzat a zákazník je zhruba informován kdy bude servis dokončen. Většinou jde vše rychle, avšak současně kvalitně a bez problémů. Nikdy jsem zde prozatím neměl problém (a tak doufám že to vydrží:-)) s tím, že by nějaká součástka byla poruchová, nebo servis musel být reklamován. Jak říkám, za mě velká spokojenost a pokud to takto bude pokračovat, zůstanu zcela jistě věrným zákazníkem. I can't judge the sale of new cars. But I have been here for three years with Dacia Duster. And I must say total satisfaction. Prices are of course somewhat higher compared to other services, but this is absolutely normal for the manufacturer's authorized service. But I have to say that I am absolutely satisfied with the attitude of the service staff, who is always willing and helpful and very helpful. Regular services always take the form of reservation according to the wishes and possibilities of the customer. Upon arrival at the service the car is immediately taken over and the customer is informed about when the service will be completed. Usually everything goes quickly but at the same time well and without problems. I have never had a problem here (so I hope it will last :-)) with the fact that any component was faulty or the service had to be claimed. As I say, for me great satisfaction and if this continues, I will certainly remain a loyal customer.
