 Many thanks to Autoservis Čížek. Very polite staff, our problem was solved very quickly, even though they had a lot of extra work. They answered all the questions we had. Really nice and receptive people. I wholeheartedly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had flat tyre. Being Saturday I thought my Day is ruined. I checked on Google and I found about Autoservis Cizek, 24 km away from me. I called them and I asked if they can fix my problem. The receptionist was very politely and a good english language speaker, too. I drove to them and although they had a lot of work to do, they took my car imediatly to fix the problem. The mechanic was a trully professional guy. He explained to me what was going on with my tyre and then he fixed it fast and very well. They saved my holiday and I'm so grateful for that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car broke down and was transported to this garage. It's a large garage open until 8 pm and very busy. We arrived at 7 pm but they did not want to help me but wanted me to sign a piece of paper with Czech texts which I did not want to do. The next morning I was there at 8 am with about ten others waiting outside. The staff was not overly friendly and were not able to help me due to vacations so I cannot agree with other reviewers about their willingness to help.
Update after comment: staff was indeed not unfriendly but did not speak English or Germand and we could only communicate 1 or 2 sentences via Google Translate. I could not understand why I needed to sign a document. The diagnosis of the problem was already done at a different garage earlier that day and an expert at home had advised to check the cabling of the injectors. This is what I was asking for on Wednesday morning but unfortuantely the person who could to that was on holiday. This was dissapointing.
Luckily the problem was not as bad as we thought initially and we could drive home the next day without any problems.
