★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was with the machanics for 10 days. During these 10 days I was constantly told that the car is ready *tomorrow*.At the end I just went to pick it up and the problem was not solved. So I went to another mechanic who fixed the problem in exactly 2 days. From the store admited that because they have too many cars, they coudn't run the check on time and discover the issue and yet they were all the time telling me that *car is ready tomorrow*.. the english speaker is 1 person going around their 4 shops and he didn't know in details what the mechanics performed on my car. So in general after 10days spent and almost 100euros back, I took the car still with an issue. Never again. I do not reccomend.

I agree with the comment that reservation was the only bright side of this "service".
I booked the wheel alignment - in the result they did car check (500CZK) which i didn't asked and provided advice to do unnecessary service for 15k. Also the prices on the web page are mentioned without VAT in order to attract the customer with "cheapest prices".
This is very ugly way to do business.
