★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximalní nespokojenost a zklamani... Nedostatečná komunikace se zakaznikem, cena "odvedené práce" , dají Vám neplatnou 10 % vizitku. Přitom na slevové kartičce není uvedena doba platnosti. Při předložení se Vám vysmějí atd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si v tomto servise mezi svatkama prezout nove zimni pneu. Prezouvala mi je mechanicka s mechanikem a to velice neodborne. Pri cekani v kancelari se mne po nejake dobe prisla zeptat ta mechanicka zda-li bych ji pujcil maly technicky prukaz. Pri otazce na co ho potrebuji mi odpovedela ze se chce podivat jakym momentem se utahuji srouby na kolech. A to bylo jenom prvni neodborne pochybeni. Jako tresnicka na dortu pri odjeti ze servisu jsem zjistil ze me jednu z pneu nazuli dokonce obracene na disk. Naprosta neodbornost a vubec nedoporucuju jsem ani jezdit.
I had new winter tires worn between holidays. The mechanic and the mechanic took them over for me, and it's very unprofessional. While waiting in the office, after a while the mechanic came to ask me if I would lend it a small technical card. When asked what I need him, she replied that she wanted to see what moment I tighten the bolts on the wheels. And that was just the first unprofessional mistake. As a icing on the cake when leaving the service, I found out that one of the tires was even called upside down on the disc. Absolutely unprofessional and I do not even recommend driving at all.
