★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sluzby pana Capa jsem vyuzila uz asi 3x a jsem velmi spokojena. Pomohl nam vyresit problem, se kterym si nevedeli ve dvou jinych servisech rady. Mam to do Vinore dost z ruky, ale vzdy tam rada auto odvezu, protoze vim, ze se mu dostane te nejlepsi pece. Take bych rada vyzdvihla to, ze se mnou (zenou) vzdy komunikuje uplne v pohode, netvari se, kdyz necemu nerozumim a nema narazky, jak to v nekterych servisech byva zvykem.
I have used Mr. Cap's services about 3 times and I am very satisfied. He helped us solve a problem they didn't know about in two other council services. I have enough of it in Vinore, but I always like to take the car there, because I know that he will get the best furnace. I would also like to emphasize that he always communicates with me (a woman) in complete comfort, he does not pretend when I do not understand something and has no bumps, as is customary in some services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyz jsem zavolal s problémem na autě, tak ikdyz meli plno tak me vzali a do 3 hodim i s privezenim materialu jsem mel auto opravene. Super prace a pristup za 1. Pri jakemkoliv problemu budu kontaktovat tento servis. Profesionalni pristup. Jsem opravdu spokojen. A i cena byla prijatelna ????

In case of any problem I will contact this service. Professional approach. I'm really happy. And the price was acceptable ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obecně moc nevěřím lidem od aut. Panu Čápovi ano. Vždycky jak řekl, tak to bylo. Myslím, že je to řemeslník, co odvádí poctivou práci. Proto tam jezdím.
In general, I don't trust people from cars. Yes to Mr. Stork. As he said, it always was. I think he's a craftsman who does an honest job. That's why I go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Čáp hodně spěchá, aby vydělal a nechává evidentně práci na méně zkušených. Před koupí auta jsem požádal o zaplacené zhodnocení stavu vozidla, v servisu jsem upozornil na možnost praskle hlavy válce. Byl jsem ujištěn že je vše v pořádku. Došlo k opravě, ale bohužel jsem jel po první cestě zase zpátky naložený na odtahovém vozidle. Ani napodruhé pan Čáp neodhalil prasklou hlavu válce a opět udělal dílčí opravy.
A opět putovalo auto po první jízdě zpátky. Na potřetí se už mnou uvedenou závadu povedlo nalézt, ale to jsem již neměl o další spolupráci zájem.
Koupě auta na doporučení odborníka + 2 servisy za 35 000,- aby jsem mohl poslat auto do šrotu. Na pana Čápa a jeho servis u nás opravdu nezapomeneme.
Mr. Stork is in a hurry to make money and obviously leaves the work to the less experienced. Before buying a car, I asked for a paid evaluation of the condition of the vehicle, in the service I pointed out the possibility of a cracked cylinder head. I was assured that everything was fine. There was a repair, but unfortunately I drove the first way back loaded on the tow truck. For the second time, Mr. Stork did not reveal a cracked cylinder head and made partial repairs again.
And again, the car wandered back after the first drive. For the third time, I managed to find the defect I mentioned, but I was no longer interested in further cooperation.
Buying a car on the recommendation of an expert + 2 services for 35,000 so that I can send the car for scrap. We will really not forget Mr. Čáp and his service with us.
