Perfect action and most importantly no administration with glass replacement. We kept the agreement we had to the letter, and I really appreciate that.

Budu tu upřímný - S Tomášem jsem se domluvil na výměnu čelního skla, jen jsem dovezl auto, dal potřebné údaje a Tomáš vše papírově s pojišťovnou vyřešil a za chvíli bylo originální sklo na autě. Po cca 2 měsících se objevila závada, že nefungoval senzor deště. Senzor se z okna lehce odlepil a vznikly bubliny na gelu čidla. Kvůli tomu senzor nefungoval. Jasná reklamace, nikoliv ale chyba servisu. Byla to prostě výrobní vada skla. Tomáš mě opět bezproblémů objednal, vyřídil reklamaci a nové sklo je na autě. Je dokonce ještě lepší než předtím - stále origo výrobce. Dobrá komunikace, ochota, spolehlivost. Já jen doporučuji. (Dokonce kvůli mě Tomáš přivezl i kafe - on ho totiž nepije, tak ho na dílně neměl :-) ). I have just a perfect experience with Autoglass Střípek. I'll be honest here - With Tomáš I agreed to replace the windshield, I just imported the car, gave the necessary data, and Tomáš solved everything with the insurance company and in a while the original glass was on the car. After about 2 months there was a fault that the rain sensor did not work. The sensor detached slightly from the window and bubbles formed on the sensor gel. Because of this, the sensor did not work. Clear claim, but not service error. It was simply a glass defect. Tomáš again ordered me without problems, settled the claim and new glass is on the car. It is even better than before - still origo maker. Good communication, willingness, reliability. I just recommend. (Even for me and Tomas brought coffee - he had his drink, so he had to shop :-)).
P	Pavol Ovad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno som menil čelné okno.Za mňa všetko prebehlo hladko,super dohoda s pánom Tomášom.Nemusel som nič riešiť s poisťovňou.Môžem len odporučiť. I recently changed the windshield. For me, everything went smoothly, great agreement with Mr. Tomas. I did not have to deal with the insurance company. I can only recommend.

O pojišťovnu jsem se nestaral, není prostě co vytýkat. Peck agreement, when I want to tell you that I have not experienced better from the company yet. Beautiful, clean work, glass replacement literally lightning fast. I didn't take care of the insurance company, there is simply nothing to complain about.

Ikdyž mi napoprví dali špatný okno(chtěl jsem z obyč na determál) omluvily se a po měsíci(ikdyž jsem tomu moc nevěřil) mi ho vyměnily za to co jsem chtěl, takže za mě super, přístup, domluva, rychlost. I will definitely recommend further. Even though they gave me the wrong window for the first time (I wanted a custom) they apologized and after a month (although I didn't really believe it) they exchanged it for what I wanted, so great, approach, agreement, speed for me.
P	Petr Límon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlá domluva, o nic jsem se nestaral. Bylo mi zapůjčeno náhradní auto a za 2hod jsem si vyzvednul opravený auto s novým čelním sklem. Konečně vidím kam jedu. Určitě jsem tam nebyl naposled a ta cesta 50km se vyplatila. Mohu jen doporučit ? Quick deal, I didn't care about anything. I was lent a spare car and in 2 hours I picked up a repaired car with a new windshield. I finally see where I'm going. I was definitely not there for the last time and the 50km trip paid off. I can only recommend ?
M	Marek Jalovec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they broke the windshield wiper mechanism and refused to reimburse for the damage. on friend's car they damaged the seal around the windshield and also didn't agree on some form of compensation.
B	Be Antifragile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are no professional in job they provide. Customer service is below average in Prague. I would suggest to look for other company.
