In April, I dealt with the replacement of the windshield on the Citroen - everything went great, I appreciated the quick agreement and a reasonable price. For this I would give a rating of 5/5. However, in May, while driving on the highway, the bar that lines the windshield came loose and flew off spontaneously, not knowing where. I therefore turned to the car glass, where they recognized the problem with a poorly attached bar as their mistake and promised to replace it at my own expense. This seems to be a relatively common problem after glass replacement (for some car brands). I thought that everything would be solved within a week, max. two. It's August at the moment and I don't have a spare bar yet ... and I won't even have a Wincar. It started with the long delivery time of this part to their branch. When they finally got the bar, they found that it was only in the base color and put it in the paint shop. She spent more than a month here, but she was not painted. At my urging, the bar was moved to another paint shop, where it was to be ready in a few days. Another problem was how to hand over the already "finished" bar to me. During working hours, I could not reach anyone at their branch, as all the employees were still on the assembly in the "field". We argued on other variants of delivery (to my home, even to a pizzeria ...), but unfortunately none of them came out (not by my cause). I finally found them at the branch and find out that the bar they ordered was bad and for another car, and they found out in the paint shop itself. I do not normally write such reviews, but I wanted to warn others to be careful about the possible handling of complaints on their part. I lost a lot of time constantly inquiring and visiting their branch, and in the final I have to order this work myself after 3 months and for my own money from an authorized dealer.

I will never let this mistake go on like this again. Anyway, if you can't solve it through an insurance company, I don't understand why you went into it at all. For almost a year I have been chasing you for some info, it does not hinder the phone and not replying to the text message would suit you. I don't really stand up to you anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.
