Práce proběhly ve stanoveném časovém rozsahu a výsledná cena po započtení slev byla nižší než předpokládaná. At the Citroen service center, I was really very satisfied with the approach of the reception technicians. The work took place within the specified time range and the resulting price after taking into account discounts was lower than expected.

Jelikož na tachometru svítila informace o servisní prohlídce, navštívil jsem 15. ledna 2021 autorizovaný servis Autocentrum BARTH a.s. . Dle servisní knihy jsem se domluvil se servisním poradcem na tom, co bych chtěl na autě udělat. Poradce byl ochotný a slíbil, že nejpozději v úterý následující týden mi e-mailem pošle cenovou nabídku. Bohužel, zůstalo jen u slibu. Tak jsem v pátek 22.1. 2021 zavolal na číslo servisního poradce z vizitky, kterou mi dal při návštěvě servisu. Opět mi bylo přislíbeno, že cenovou nabídku pošle následující týden. Nabídka ale opět nedorazila. Tak jsem v pátek 29.1. 2021 znovu zavolal na uvedené číslo. Hovor byl však odmítnut a vzápětí přišla sms „Zavolám zpátky“. Ale nezavolal a cenovou nabídku nemám do dnešního dne. Budu si tedy muset najít jiný servis, kde si zákazníka budou více vážit – zvláště v téhle pandemické době. Z výše popsaného důvodu nemohu tento servis doporučit dalším zákazníkům . Good day, In December 2020, I bought a used Opel Meriva car. As the tachometer read information about the service inspection, I visited the authorized service Autocentrum BARTH a.s. on January 15, 2021. . According to the service book, I agreed with the service consultant on what I would like to do on the car. The consultant was willing and promised to email me a quote no later than Tuesday next week. Unfortunately, it remained just a promise. So I am on Friday 22.1. 2021 called the service consultant's number from the business card he gave me when I visited the service. Again, I was promised to send a quote next week. But the offer did not arrive again. So I am on Friday 29.1. In 2021 he called the number again. However, the call was rejected and then the text message "I'll call you back" came. But he didn't call and I don't have a quote to this day. So I will have to find another service where they will value the customer more - especially in this pandemic time. For the reason described above, I cannot recommend this service to other customers .
