★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když i po čase objenání, který je v emailu zdůražněn jako XY:00:00 zaklepete, sestra vám s nevěřícím výrazem co si to dovolujete něco odsekne a doslova a do písmene třískne s dveřmi před obličejem...po tom co tam člověk nechá bezmála 8tis za různá očkování dost zvláštní chování. Radši běžte jinam...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při návštěvě očkovacího centra se vždy setkávám s profesionály na cestovní medicínu. Lékař i sestřička byli skvělí, žádné čekání, příjemné prostředí. Vřele doporučuji!
When I visit a vaccination center, I always meet travel medicine professionals. The doctor and nurse were great, no waiting, pleasant environment. I warmly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tohle očkovací centrum opravdu moc doporučujeme. Upřímně jsem se těšila na návštěvu už jak jsem z čekárny slyšela sestřičku, jak se s pacienty baví a přeje jim krásný den. Poté co jsme vešli do ordinace byl můj druhý dojem úplně stejný. Velice příjemná sestřička i paní doktorka, všechno nám vysvětlily a snažily se vyjít vstříc, ještě nás upozornily, že si můžeme požádat pojišťovnu o část platby zpět. Dost drahá návštěva, ale člověk odchází s dobrým pocitem a ač jsme z Ostravy, zvažuji příští návštěvu zase v Brně... Když už přispívá pojišťovna, tak je třeba toho využít ??? Takže moc děkuji, měla jsem pak pěkný den.
So we really recommend this vaccination center. I sincerely looked forward to the visit as I heard the nurse from the waiting room talking to the patients and wish them a nice day. After we entered the surgery, my second impression was exactly the same. Very nice nurse and doctor, explained everything to us and tried to meet our needs, yet they warned us that we can ask the insurance company for part of the payment back. A rather expensive visit, but one leaves with a good feeling and although we are from Ostrava, I am considering the next visit to Brno again ... If the insurance company is already contributing, it is necessary to use it ??? So thank you very much, I had a nice day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinácia je ok ale mohli by mať zákaznícku linku aj cez víkend. Hlavne ak sa vyskytne problém s certifikátom v piatok večer...
The surgery is ok but they could have a customer line over the weekend. Especially if there is a problem with the certificate on Friday night ...

I recommend for vaccinations abroad. Great and helpful approach. Everything was explained and they expertly advised me what vaccinations were suitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first there is no Any reception - so when you come there there’s no way to ask anything or communicate - is written do not disturb, wait for the nurse. nobody came out. I knocked and then they said no way to get the vaccine but need to make an appointment. Of course not possible to make it there, online only - for sure on site not even a word about it when i was checking before. Also there is very few options of service. Do not recommend
