★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rádoby moderní komplex, kde jsou čtečky přístupových karet velmi pomalé, pro normální smrtelniky není možné zaparkovat, klimatizace nefunguje, v zimě vlhkost vzduchu 20%, na nevetranem schodišti se mimo zimu nedá dýchat, ovládání rolet je příšerné. Uklízečky v pracovní době si povídají tak hlasitě, že i na druhé straně open space nikomu nic neuteče. Je vidět, že se tu šetří, kde se dá. Hlučné stavební úpravy se provádí zásadně v pracovní době. Aktuálně je komplex z 1/3 prázdný, překvapivě. Poslední fotka dokumentuje jak se o nás správce stará, již několik týdnů máme nahlasene nefunkční žaluzie, ale nikoho tu nezajímá, že na monitory není vidět.

Maids talk so loudly during working hours that even on the other side of the open space, nothing escapes anyone. It is clear that saving is possible where possible. Noisy building modifications are generally carried out during working hours. Currently, the 1/3 complex is empty, surprisingly. The last photo documents how the administrator takes care of us, we have been reporting broken blinds for several weeks now, but no one is interested here that it is not visible on the monitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám rád takovéto kancelářské komplexy. Když člověk vozí a tahá např. nějaké těžké balíky do firmy, tak si tady musí oběhnout hezky všechno pěšky, což je problém u většiny takových moderních areálů(i bytových). Mám pocit, že ti "architekti" vůbec nepřemýšlejí nad tím, že tyto komplexy potřebují časté zásobování... Hlavně že tam jsou jezírka, fontánky a jiné krávoviny.
I don't like office complexes like that. When a person drives and pulls, for example, some heavy packages to the company, he has to walk around everything nicely here, which is a problem in most such modern areas (including apartments). I have a feeling that the "architects" do not think at all that these complexes need frequent supplies ... Mainly that there are ponds, fountains and other cows.
