About aquapark: you may want to go there if you have kids - they seemed to enjoy this place very much. There were TONS of them. I found the best attractions to be "caves" and sauna. Bar had broad and interesting choices with nice staff. But if you are looking for a place with water deeper than 1.3 meters or for a place to swim - it's not there. About the appearance, if I had to describe the look of this place, one word comes to my mind: kitsch. It's supposed to be Babylon-styled place, but it's mixed with Greek columns and art, pirate-like ornaments, vapor machineries and big musical organ with names of famous composers. Also, way too much plastic.

The beds are shallow and hard, WiFi is temperamental at best, PAID parking in garages. Parking spaces are very thin, so unless you're German, good luck trying not to hit other cars IF you find a free spot that is. Also make sure you go activate your parking card at the end of your stay, regardless if you paid for it on your first day, because you're supposed to know that somehow. We even asked the receptionist where the garage exit was. Did she ask us whether our parking card was activated? Of course not, she couldn't give less s**t. The rooms have air conditioning, but the windows cannot be opened, so you'll get to spend some quality time getting to know your body if you've had beans the night before. Once you get enough of that, try the bathtub. Oh yeah, see that cover that's supposed to prevent water from flooding the place when you shower? Don't even bother putting it up - it leaks like it's nobody's business. Hungry? Try our on-site restaurant where aside from pretty OK pizza, you'll also get a free shower, since the waitresses are clearly new and untrained and they spill coke all over your table and you. Oh and enjoy all those screaming children all the time! Only place you won't hear them is your room, but that smells like s**t, so just go outside for once, nerd. Your room looks like it crawled its way out of the 20th century anyway.

Ideal place for kids. Lot of things for kids to try, food, aquapark, restaurants included...

I’ve visited the wellness area only and came by car. They have an own garage which makes the stay for a couple of hours quite comfortable. If you come there for the first time, you’ll need a couple of minutes to find the right way, since the complex is huge and there are a lot of areas you have to go through and a lot of elevators you have to use. The wellness area itself is very impressive. They have whirlpools, saunas, a debitarium and steam baths with different flavors. Unfortunately almost everything except the price list at the counter is written in Czech so sometimes you have to guess what your going to get when entering a certain room. Sometimes the vibrations of the laser show from the bordering aqua park can be heard but other than that it is a quite enjoyable place to relax.

The aqua park is very small place, all the attraction in a place like 20m*20m and inside this tight place many restaurants and bars, whilst the shopping area is 10 times bigger. I don't know even if it is possible to call it aqua park? The stairs are narrow and bad ventilation inside, and so strong smell of chlorine which burns your eyes and throat. Nevertheless, if you wanna go outside for some fresh air, you have to pay 20kc which is so ridiculous. I recommend the management to concentrate with the guest services not only collecting money like most of other places here. It was bad experience, I didn't use any facility there.

Top place for Kids. Massive fun for a good price.

Kids were very happy in Aquapark. But why is the Terasa Bar cash only? In age of EMV Co, Google Pay and Apple Pay, I’m not willing to forgive their request for understanding.

Great entertainment and facilities. Food is good, but not many vegetarian dishes so not much choice for a longer stay.
