Když jsem vracel celou porci a řekl, že kuchaři utekla ruka se solí, zazněla odpověď "hmmm omlouváme se" Today 30.9. I had an egg omelette in the morning. At the first bite was terribly salty, but I gave it, the second bite with salt crystals were already flying on the tray. When I returned the whole portion and said that the chef's hand ran out of salt, the answer was "hmmm we're sorry"

U pokladny jsem se ujišťovala, že tato taška byla pro mě, měla jsem objednané i další věci, tudíž jsem hned nepoznala, že tam 2 věci chyběly. I didn't get half of the order - in addition to the baguette, I also had patatas and ice tea on the menu, they were charged, but in the bag I got with me, there was only a baguette from this menu. At the checkout, I made sure that this bag was for me, I had other things ordered, so I didn't immediately notice that 2 things were missing.

For me I will not order any salad from them. Dnes ráno jsem si objednal Caesarův salát a uvnitř jsem našel mnoho ovocných mušek. Důrazně doporučuji ostatním zákazníkům, aby si salát před jídlem zkontrolovali. Další saláty si od nich neobjednám I ordered a Caesar salad this morning and I found many fruit flies inside. Ale náladu si můžete zlepšit tím že mají plastová brčka, nebo že brambory co dávají k menu vám trochu spraví chuť po mizerném hlavním jídle. Big bad ... Baguettes absolutely disgusting, combinations of ingredients make absolutely no sense ... Shredded beef with large pieces of mulled meat. But you can improve your mood by having plastic straws, or that the potatoes they add to the menu will give you a taste of a lousy main course.

Při jezení bagety v jídle nalezen zapečený cizí vlas. Nemyslím si, že by někdo kdo nedodržuje hygienická pravidla měl pracovat v potravinářském zařízení. BB už nikdy víc. J	Jitka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po objednání meníčka s bezlepkovou bagetou a zaplacení na "automatu" nevyjela účtenka. Při nahlášení u obsluhy prý postačí znát číslo objednávky. Při konečném vyzvednutí chyběla část meníčka, při nahlášení pronesla obsluha, že by dala ruce do ohně za to, že to bylo objednáno špatně, bez účtenky co řešit....pohyb na účtu však "mluvil" jinak.... možná by stačilo si příště uvědomit, že chyba je možná? Jsme přeci jen lidi ;) ... první dojem mě tím bohužel zklamal. Edit: druhá návštěva napravila reputaci a bezlepková bageta byla vynikající! :) After ordering a changer with a gluten-free baguette and paying on a "vending machine", the receipt did not go out. It is sufficient to know the order number when reporting to the staff. At the final pick-up, part of the changer was missing; do you realize next time that a mistake is possible? After all, we are just people;) ... unfortunately the first impression disappointed me. Edit: The second visit repaired the reputation and the gluten-free baguette was delicious! :)
