J	Jan Kužník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malé porce, tenké nudle, bun cha spíše z pánve než z grilu. Ve většině obyčejných bister seženete výrazně lepší. Small portions, thin noodles, bun cha from a pan rather than a grill. You can get significantly better in most ordinary bistros.

Kůže na kachně je dobrá když je křupavá, vaše verze s dušeným nebo vařeným masem (nebo co to je) se tam vůbec nehodí, neda se to rozkousat, kůže je jako guma Nápad na jídlo je to dobrý, provedení ale špatný. Your new duck curry needs to be improved. You should rather fry the meat or just fry it, otherwise you will not cut it with this plastic cutlery. Duck skin is good when crispy, your version with stew or cooked meat (or whatever it is) doesn't fit there at all, it can't be chewed, the skin is like rubber The idea for the food is good, but the design is bad.
R	Radek Šubrt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bahn-mi ještě ušla, rozumějte - dalo se jíst, ale bun cha naprosto odporný maso, vůbec jsme to nejedli. Navíc nevím proč, se rozhodli dát omáčku rovnou do jídla a ne vedle. Vietnamskou kuchyni máme moc rádi, a i když nečekáme autentičnist jako např. v SAPě, tohle je vážně daleko za naší tolerancí (vlastně obecně za tolerancí, co lze servírovat). Bahn-mi still missed, you see - you could eat, but bun cha absolutely disgusting meat, we didn't eat it at all. Plus, I don't know why, they decided to put the sauce straight into the meal and not next door. We love Vietnamese cuisine, and even if we don't expect authenticity like in SAP, this is really far beyond our tolerance (actually generally beyond the tolerance of what can be served).

Grilovaný možná je (ale podle barvy vypadá, že spíš ne), nicméně na talíř dostanete ohřátou porci z trouby, kterou pan kuchař jen vysype do talíře z nějakýho pytlíku. Zelenina taky vypadala, že nějakej pátek leží ladem. Zkrátka chuťově fakt nejhorší, co jsem zatim zkusil. banh-mi-ba v Rybný byla super, ale tohle je až skoro urážka vietnamský kuchyně. Pokud se rozhodnete spravit si chuť Mochi - nedělejte to :D Respektive nedávejte si tam radši vůbec nic. The meat looks like someone has it in front of you, sucked in his mouth and returned. It may be grilled (but according to the color it looks more like it), however you will get a heated portion from the oven on a plate, which the chef will just pour into the plate from a bag. The vegetables also seemed to be fallow some Friday. In short, the really worst thing I've ever tried. banh-mi-ba in Rybný was great, but this is almost an insult to Vietnamese cuisine. If you decide to make a taste of Mochi - don't do it: D Respectively, you better not put anything in there.
