★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já osobně musím tuto prodejnu pochválit hlavně pana prodavače Filipa který ví o čem mluví dovede poradit u nás konkrétně v akvaristice všechno vysvětlí je velice vstřícný a ochotný určitě se do prodejný rádi vrátíme.
I personally have to praise this store mainly Mr. Filip salesman who knows what he is talking about can advise us specifically in aquariums explaining everything is very helpful and willing to definitely go back to the sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konečně jsem našla plovoucí rostlinu, kterou jsem tak dlouho po obchodech hledala, načež mi bylo řečeno, že mi ji prodat nemůžou, protože na ni nemají kód. Na otázku, jestli ji tedy nemají jinde, mi nebyli schopni odpovědět. Jaká je tedy výhoda být řetězec, když se nejsou schopni podívat, co mají na jiné prodejně? Zákaznický servis tedy vážně za moc nestál.
Finally, I found a floating plant that I had been looking for in stores for so long, and I was told that they couldn't sell it to me because they had no code for it. They were unable to answer the question if they had it elsewhere. So what is the advantage of being a chain when they are unable to see what they have in another store? So customer service was really not worth much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednu hvezdicku za prijemny personal. Zbytek katastrofa. Chodim pravidelne pro hmyz a jeden den dostanu informaci ze bude zitra, tak se dalsi den vratim a dostanu nove info, ze hmyz neni a ze neni uz 14 dni. Jindy jsem dostala info, te sarancata nejsou, ale ze jsou na pobocce na Budejovicke. Tak jsem se presunula a nebyly ani tam. Takze sehnat zde jejich predtazeny sarancata je fakt ciste o nahode…
One star for friendly staff. The rest of the disaster. I go regularly for insects and one day I get information that it will be tomorrow, so I'll come back the next day and get new info that there are no insects and that there are no 14 days. Other times I received info that the sarancata are not, but that they are at the branch in Budejovice. So I moved and they weren't even there. So getting their pre-sarancata here is really pure coincidence…
