Of course, it was not possible to pay with the card. Never! Branch in Globus.

Tragedy. We visited this "hairdresser" today. I'll arrive at the door of the sign at 3 p.m. The young lady was inside all the time with her cell phone in her hand. At 2.30 pm, a customer came in and was batted like a baseball at the home run, as he allowed himself to interrupt the young lady during the break. We had something to eat and returned at 14.55. Unfortunately, we have seen another home run, as the young lady only takes the orders and is already full. Ok it can happen, but this has happened to us for the third time. Never more. The approach to the customer is totally unprofessional and as I read other reviews this is a common excuse.

So ... Where to start? Websites or where you can find the number for a given branch so that you can order it are absolutely useless, when there is only one person at the branch in Ostrava-Plesná who does not know what he is doing but may be cutting. Because when I didn't call in advance, after arriving at the hairdresser's, a sign with the words "I'll be back in a while" was hung on the door and there were already 4 people in front of the salon. So I went at least to buy something and it took me a good 20-30 minutes to buy. I wasn't surprised that when I left the box office, there was still a lot at the hairdresser's, with the difference that a new member had joined their quartet. I was kind of sorry for him, but the lady was still not there, so I went home. The next day I left work, I stopped there again, but luck smiled on me and the lady was open. Well, luck ... As soon as I opened the door, she almost shouted at me "I don't have time now" that she can do it sometime in 2 hours at the earliest. What to add ... Just God ... So let's start with when she cut my hair ... So that I don't break down into two A4 here, I'll try to summarize it. Since I had long hair and lightly varnished, she told me that her hair had to be washed and then cut so it would cost 200. I say good, that's not a problem. She washed my head, cut her hair, and I went home. When I went there, I don't know, about a month later and that it wasn't on the first try, I washed my hair carefully beforehand, dried it so I don't have to give an extra 100 and believe me, I thought that hair at least 4 times at home under the supervision of a girlfriend. So on the spot, the lady told me that she had to cut it and then somehow cut it, I don't know exactly the name because the lady doesn't speak Czech so that my ears can understand it, but I learned that it will be again in 200 ? Well, I'm calling there right now about 3 times and still no one does. Who knows?? Probably there is a sign with the words "I'll be back in a while".

7.2.2020 at 10:45 So I tried again after some time. No change. First I stood in front of closed parlor for 10 minutes, then I guess came lady who is hairdresser. Coffee in hand and wearing jacket. So a cigar and coffee. If at least she wrote a card she'd be back in a moment. And then you won't believe she told me to come in 10 minutes. Probably another pause. It is strange, they open at 9 am and at 10:45 man is unlucky. Trimming will not. I don't know why they wouldn't close it. They probably do not know that they work in the service. It's hard work, but they chose it themselves. I also work in the service, but that I would tell guests come in half an hour, I want to take a break, so the management will fire me right away and the guests will not come. I didn't really believe it, but I thought I'd give him a chance. Price is not great, everywhere else keep me for max 120, -. Well, I won't go there again. I don't have time to wait for the hairdresser to take a break, smoke and drink coffee.

NEDOPORUČUJI !!! I ordered, the next day I arrived, there was a different lady than she ordered me. I did not receive any greeting, nor a welcoming welcome, instead the lady, who spoke very poorly Czech, "hooted" what I wish. I said I had ordered trimmed ends and that's it. She began to giggle at me uncomfortably if I knew how much such an act cost and how much I imagine the price. Normally I pay for haircut in other hairdressers up to 150 CZK, I do not want any special artistic cut, I have uncoloured long hair after scapula. The lady told me that she wanted 300 CZK from me and the extra charge that my hair was "too long". I have never experienced such unpleasant unprofessional behavior anywhere and left.

Definitely not recommended. I arrived when there was one customer in the store and I was told to come in an hour. There was no customer in the store in an hour, and the lady told me she wouldn't make it, while she was sitting and playing on the phone. Very unprofessional

Today I visited the hairdresser and I left very satisfied. The hairdresser was very nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to get a haircut, I recommend and thank you.
