In January, we arranged a meeting here at the branch with Mr. Kallista. At the meeting, Mr. Kallista made a good impression on us and we discussed everything about our bathroom in detail and showed us possible solutions, the result should be a graphic design of our bathroom. A few days after our meeting, I called Mr. Kallist that we were in a hurry for the graphic design, and he promised that he would send all the materials to the graphic designer no later than the next day, and for the graphic artist it would take about a week. Nothing came to us after a week, after 2 weeks and after three weeks. Mr. Kallista made a dead beetle. He never picked up my phone and when he wrote an SMS that he would call me back, he didn't do it, he didn't answer the emails from the policy. Due to the fact that we had construction work, because we did not know exactly where the waste will be and where to make water batteries, unfortunately we were followed by other work, so I had to recall craftsmen twice, with the fact that I do not know when I will need them. (With such a craft, of course, they will go out of your way and go after another business) Out of desperation, I turned to Mrs. Moudra, who works at the same branch with Mr. Kallista, and from that she helped me and we had a bathroom design within a week. However, Mr. Kallista obviously did not sell her the right information - when we solved the shower with him, he obviously did not notice us much - in the proposal we have a walk in shower, which we did not want and it is also 10 cm wider than we requested. As for the tiling, we had an idea there, nice "wooden" bathrooms, with the fact that we asked for a little help to design it to make it look nice and the result was only a "wooden" floor and wall tiles completely white - without a single strip or other attack .. The proposal we were waiting for more than a month was useless. We arrange the bathroom elsewhere.

The actions of the employees were professional and at the level, perhaps only the terrible winter in the premises.

Professionalism, helpfulness. We have two bathrooms from Ptáček. But I do not recommend buying a heater, because after installation they will not take it back to you if it does not work. I definitely do not recommend the pegasus ladder radiator with a metal cover. It cost 10 thousand, the pipes are hot, but they do not overheat the metal cover so you will have a towel wet. In addition, if you buy it in the apartment, it is nonsense. Because consumption meters need to be fitted, and by covering the meter with a metal cover, it will focus three times more consumption so you will pay more and your towels will be wet! It's a disappointment !! The designers knew that we live in an apartment, so a heating meter must be installed and they sold us this radiator, which we cannot return. So we took off the design metal cover that holds the magnets on the radiator and which also scratched the radiator, and dried the towels on the ladder, which normally costs less than half the money. So to sum it up: watch out for the radiators !!

Perfect service in all respects, in my case consisting in the complete planning of the bathroom associated with the selection of all materials and fixtures - tiling starting and lever mixers. Mr. Kačaba did a great job - he explained everything perfectly and then communicated with all stakeholders (craftsmen, construction company), in addition, he shared his personal recommendations and experiences. Perfect knowledge of the assortment, 100% professionalism and very pleasant behavior. I definitely recommend and give a perfectly deserved 5 *.
