★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám slov! Takový přístup by měl být všude! Nesmírně příjemný pán (muž do slova na svém místě) hned věděl co potřebuji a i když to neměl na prodejně, byl ochotný pro to sjet do skladu. Vše vysvětlil a ještě mi dal slevu za to, že jsem vůbec přišel do obchodu. Klobouk dolů!
I have no words! Such an approach should be everywhere! An extremely pleasant gentleman (a man in his place) immediately knew what I needed and even though he didn't have it in the store, he was willing to go to the warehouse for it. He explained everything and gave me a discount for coming to the store at all. Hats off!
