Zacalo to po telefonu, kdy nam prodavac nebyl schopen sdelit adresu (ze si to mame najit na mape), natoz to, ze adresa je spatne a realne je vchod v jine ulici. V prodejne prodavac vybehl, mluvil spatnou cestinou, nemel rousku (pozdeji si nasadil respirator s vydechovym ventilem, ten sice chrani jeho, ale ne nas), nenechal nas se v klidu rozhlidnout, nezeptal se, co shanime, zacal nam neco hustit do hlavy, v jednu chvili nam tykal. Vrcholem bylo, ze ani nechtel dat katalog, ze pry si to musime obhajit a vubec ze maji web za 200000, takze nemame narok. Jeste nam nekolikrát tvrdil, ze vsechny dvere maji z masivu, COZ NENI PRAVDA, na webu maji neake dvere z MDF (drevovlaknita deska). Ze zacatku jsme to brali jako takovou zvlastnost, ale nakonec jsme pred temi jeho vylevy museli nespokojeni odejit, ani mu to nevadlo. Kvalitu dveri nemuzeme posoudit, protoze nas nenechal si je v klidu prohlidnout. Otresne, i kdyz jistym zpusobem surrealni. Mozna ho tam nastrcila konkurence? Ale spis je to nejaka osobnostni porucha, coz se stava, ale asi by takovy clovek nemel byt v obchode? Kazdopadne nam asi neni souzeno mit tuto znacku dveri doma, uz loni jsme se snazili obdrzet jejich katalog, ale ani po nekolikanasobne urgenci nam ho neposlali. Maybe a nice door, but the service is awful. It started over the phone, when the salesman was not able to tell us the address (that we should find it on the map), because the address is wrong and the entrance is really in another street. The salesman ran out in the store, spoke the wrong way, had no handkerchief (later he put on a respirator with an exhalation valve, which protects him but not us), he didn't let us look around, he didn't ask what we were looking for, he started to inflate something in our heads, at one point he touched us. The highlight was that he didn't even want to give the catalog, that we had to defend it and that they had a website for 200,000 at all, so we don't have to. He has told us several times that all the doors are made of solid wood, WHAT IS NOT TRUE, on the web they have some doors made of MDF (fiberboard). At first we took it as such a peculiarity, but in the end we had to leave dissatisfied before his outpourings, and he didn't mind. We cannot assess the quality of the door, because he did not let us inspect it in peace. Shaking, though in a way surreal. Maybe the competition put him there? But the file is some kind of personality disorder, which is happening, but maybe such a person should not be in the store? In any case, we are probably not destined to have this brand of door at home, last year we tried to get their catalog, but even after several urgencies they did not send it to us.

Objednáno 7 dubových dveří v oleji, vše velmi kvalitně zpracováno a namontováno, což se v dnešní době už jen tak nevidí. Velmi dobré ceny za dveře z masivu ve srovnání toho co člověk dostane za stejné peníze a dveře z MDF / voštiny od jiných výrobců. CzechDoor mohu jen vřele doporučit. Maximum satisfaction with ordering, installation and subsequent service. Ordered 7 oak doors in oil, all very well processed and assembled, which is no longer just seen today. Very good prices for solid wood doors compared to what one gets for the same money and MDF / honeycomb doors from other manufacturers. I can only highly recommend CzechDoor.
