Service absolutely appalling ... I agreed what I want to fix and how much I want data, otherwise that the master should call. The bike was returned in 14 days without any reaction to attempts to communicate from my side, it was repaired just right on the chain and it almost made me agree twice the price limit .... after "complaint" in 2 days the bike returned with 2 other things corrected , for allegedly "part price" ...

Unfortunately, after previous not very good experiences, I made a mistake again and gave them another chance. I needed to do a wheel service (adjust the brakes and center the wheel), which I bought in another store. The first impression was fine and the duration of the repair, so after agreement with the owner, I took the bike out of the car and led it to the back entrance and rang the bell for service. And that's where it started. After a long period of silence, I rang again and "I don't have time". After a while, the owner came to open it and fill out the admission protocol with me outside on the street. To the first question, what kind of bike do I have, I answered well and said "and her". When I explained to the owner what I needed, she looked at the brakes and "hmm you don't know if her husband works, he probably won't want to do it". Then they should ask if I would do it or not. It said, "We don't do this and it's not our bike, is it?" the lady replied no. I was already very insecure, so I asked you, you only service bikes here, what can someone buy from you? The owner answered a little hesitantly "well, we do other things" and then she started looking for arguments why I don't do it. It got me like a lot and I said that I don't have to continue, I understand and I went away with the feeling that I would rather not ride a bike than have it serviced there ... And such a paradox at the end ... The last time I was there he had a bike in service x years ago, they had to adjust the brakes and they didn't have a problem with that. Unfortunately, they did not seer them at all. Well nothing, never more!
