D	David Huwiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Ratskeller type facility, good beer, and decent food--but rude and arrogant staff and terrible service. On our second visit, we had to fetch our own menus--and then walked out after failing to find a waiter after 25 minutes. We complained to the manager on our way out, and he simply turned away, offering no apology. There are better choices in KV.
W	Winny mui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has to close down their business. Terrible service and attitude to tourists. We arrived at the restaurant and wanted to have a quick dinner. We sat down at 5:50pm and no one served us after 15mins. We asked two waiters and they don't speak any English. (How can it be on TripAdvisor?) after 15 mins a lady name Marreta came and took our order. We booked our bus to Prague at 7pm and we asked her how long would it take if we wanted to order main entree. She said "I don't know" as if it's her first day working in the restaurant. Then we decided to get beer and soup because we were afraid that we were gonna miss the bus. She rolled her eye and said "that's it?" And said something in her own language with bad attitudes. How can she treat customers like that? At the end we asked for bill and the other waiter was very impatient to us, giving us bad attitude. I do not recommend this place . Terrible service and attitude . Not good for tourists at all. The owners have to close down their business if they do not imporove their service . Rude.

Not friendly to tourist at all. Received a different treatment, no candle and breads as other tables. Ask about the menu recommendations but unhelpful reply in return. Waiter with the tattoo on his neck that served us was so rude and poor hospitality. Not a worth dining neither must to dine there.
C	Cassie Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever worst dinner I had in Czech. The lamb saslok with grilled potato was so oily. Tasteless garlic toast on the salad with grilled chicken. Awful spicy tripe soup. The service was poor. We were not attended right away when we step in. Leaded us to the poor table where there are still many other better table untill we request it. The waiter is not serious serving us. The menu was not pass to our hand and only left it on the table. The waiter laugh at us for needing more time for the menu. The main dishes served when we having our soup half way. By the time I finish my soup, my main course has turn cold. When the time for check, the same waiter stated that the service charge is not included in the total bill and straight add on 10% for the tips. This kind of service is not worth for the tips.

A	Arne Trautmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, but not terribly good or surprising either. We had coffee, deserts, and cake. All was rather okay but had had already a few hours on the shelf. The atmosphere was nice but also a bit artificial. Definitely not a bad place and not expensive either.

Good traditional Chech cousine served with slightly premium style. It is worthy visiting also the Jan Becher Museum which is right the next door.
