★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The target market of this place appears to be health Czech insurance companies. Most guests are Czech and stay for a month or so, costs covered by insurance. So while the building and facilities are amazing, everything is done cheaply to minimise cost of these patients. No surprise as they pay less than half as much as private guests like me.
My stay in a single room with breakfast had the following shortcomings:
Curtains didn't stop light, sunlight in room at 8am every day
No aircon, 28c+ in room by 9am
No WiFi in rooms
No available massages (fully booked weeks in advance)
Empty minibar
No pool available
Only on small concrete sun deck, with no sun loungers or place to lay
Construction noise during high season
No fresh fruit or juice at breakfast
No knives at breakfast
My therapist spoke no English
Bar closed 11pm on Friday night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent two weeks there in last June. Took comfort room which was OK. The area is beautiful and green. The management of the Spa is below average. No customer services manager whom you can talk to about any problem. One therapist lady shouted at me with bad words for no reason. They rarely speak or understand English. Some therapists are very good. Restaurant timing is bad, it closes at 7 pm and opens for breakfast next day at 7.30 am, although you paid for full board in advance. WiFi is weak and not always available, i wouldn’t go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently here for a 28 day treatment after my spinal surgery which happened 5 months ago. I don't understand people giving 1-2 stars as my experience so far has been totally different.
Even though my czech language skills are low, I am doing my best and always go with a positive attitude, usually speak a czech-english. Everyone so far have treated me amazingly, from the doctor, nurses and many more people.
The food is also of good quality. It feels home made, haven't felt full or bloated after any of the meals I had.
The Thermalium is very nice, besides this, there is also a terrace availble to relax on the 2nd floor.
Yes, Wi-Fi coverage is not great, but people here come to relax and disconnect so I don't miss it that much, plus O2 now offers 100gb sim ?
Also the location is great, center of Teplice, close to two shopping malls and surrounded by a great parc.
Nonetheless you can also keep fit if you want in the fitness room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW, i had there 1h30m of total relax and joy, while in the bigger warm pool and swimming also a bit in the smaller and colder one. Fountains and bubbles all around coming and giving at different heights the best massage to all my body. Again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermalium only: Affordable and nice. Is very modern but lacks historic flair. Just two busts and one statue doesn't speak enough for the long history of hot springs in this region

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the thermalium and spa only, but the 150 min (that's what you get buying the ticket) flied so fast there! the spa area is great - there are 4 saunas, cold water pool and a chill out room. Very relaxing place :)
