★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po těch recenzích tady, jsem měl docela hrůzu z toho co mě tady čeká. Ukázalo se, že žádné drama se nekoná a jedná se o úplně obyčejnou čistírnu.
After the reviews here, I was pretty scared of what was waiting for me here. It turned out that no drama was happening, and it was an ordinary cleaning plant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mate malé děti, chvatate a sháníte rychle spolehlivou čistírnu blízko práce? Tak sem raději nechodte:-) Po vleklých bronchitidach děti jsem přišla vyzvednout zapomenutý kabát...a doplacela pokutu 10kc/za den prodlení...už nikdy více.
Do you have little children, chvatate and you are looking for a fast-clean cleaner near work? So here I prefer not to go :-) After long-haired bronchitis children came to pick up a forgotten coat ... and a fine of 10kc / per day of delay ... never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of service: service itself and communication. They ruined a 2000+ CZK leather bag while asking for more money for “extra services”, obviously no reimbursement was discussed. The staff is rude. To avoid any confusion, this concerns a job done around a year ago.

They didn't clean my winter jacket at all (not even single mark was cleaned), yet the lady told me "it was cleaned, I don't know who cleaned it bla bla bla". There was a note saying that "some of the marks could not be cleaned without a risk of damage". She refused to discuss it any further.
