C	Charlotte Hannam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the hotel. The room was large and clean and the maid service wasn't intrusive. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a range of items and was certainly good enough to set you up for the day. It lasts an unusually long time too 6:30am to 11am. We arrived at the hotel at about 10am but our rooms were ready so they gave them to us straight away which was amazing, no red tape waiting. They rooms have air conditioning, hairdryer, tv and tea & coffee facilities. The best bit was the mini fridge so any drinks and snacks we bought could be kept cold. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the underground and tram stops. You can buy transport tickets from the underground. There are also lots of little local bars and shops. When we were leaving we were able to store our luggage for the day as we had a night flight.
J	Julie Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the New Town but only a short tram ride or walk away from most of the main tourist attractions. We loved the location and had no trouble getting where we wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were so comfortable and a decent breakfast to start the day.

I used to travel a lot and I can tell from previous experience that I would be satisfied even after few nights stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable (high bed for better sitting down and getting up; two pillows of two different sizes already prepared on the bed). Room was quiet and what I personally appreciate the most is no noticeable electronic smog - the minibar was very quiet and it was possible to make almost absolute darkness for better sleep. Just one small but bright LED on TV was disturbing, but it was easy to fix :-). The breakfast was standard buffet of good quality (hams and cheeses for choice, scrambled eggs, bacon, ...) - personally, I would appreciate more kinds of vegetables and better coffee.
J	Jasmine Askwith (Jasmine Askwith) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped there for 8 days in January 2020 and loved it. The beds were so comfy and the breakfast amazing and it was the perfect location to start your day. Only a short walk to most of the tourist locations. Highly recommended!!
S	SY Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious. Can be more generous with room supplies and breakfast ( better bread, for example) and a bit more soap, and perhaps body lotion? For the price similar to a Paris city centre hotel, I would have expected that. Good roof top view if you are given the sixth floor. Day shift staff has been very nice. It is at the other end of the city so a twenty minutes walk to the old town and Charles Bridge.

P	Patrick Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the staff couldn't do enough for us I was with 2 family members and one of them it was his birthday and the staff went out of there way to remember his birthday and when we wen out they put a bottle of bubble in his room for his birthday and a birthday card wishing him a very happy day. I will be booking again and staying there only.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Had a Convenience store, Czech beer how can you Refuse. Room was Nice all Facilities OK Breakfast really Nice, Get a Map And Go. You Feel your out of The Main Attractions, But Your Not You Can Walk 20 Minutes Very Easy Route, Very Good Transport, Trams etc. I'm Really into History in Europe, I Forgot to Find The Church In Operation Anthopoid, it was 200 metres from My Hotel, Wow.
