★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billa in the Czech Republic is a nice store and has sometimes very good products and sometimes product that look nice, but are not good. It is expensive here, which is annoying. You can easily find basic products here that are 50% more expensive than elsewhere. You can get a Billa credit card from Raiffeisen Bank that gives back 3% from all purchases here, but given the prices it is better to shop elsewhere. I come here only for special items such as less ordinary fruits and vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I go to buy something I go here. It's because the place is near by and they have good quality things, the only downside are the prices here. And maybe the campaign get discount if more then 5 people are in front of you and not all the cash desks are open. Last time I asked for a discount, but she cashier said, I need to call a manager ... so I said, ok never mind I don't want to make the line even bigger then it is.

The employees have no education, are rude and ignorant.
2 weeks ago I was waiting for my turn on the “kitchen” line...when my turn came, 2 ladies arrived and, since they were friends, they were attended 1st...
I called the manager because the lady was rude when I said that I was 1st. The manager came and he’s answer was “I don’t speak english...funny that on the previous day he was at the cash desk and he spoke to me and my daughter in English...
Today another adventure... I was buying my things and went to see if there was some cold beer... There was a worker there adding more beer to the fridge. When I picked one beer that he just add there, he turns to me and starts to talk like a Rottweiler with a lot of “ty vole” in between...
A question to the managers of these supermarkets. Where in the hell do you find this people to “work”?
