Nakupuji zde pravidelně.Mají široký sortiment výrobků a slečny prodavačky jsou vždy milé a usměvavé,poradí s výběrem.To je také důvod,proč raději nakupuji v kamenné prodejně než na na eshopu.

I shop here regularly. They have a wide range of products and the saleswomen are always nice and smiling, they will advise on the choice. This is also the reason why I prefer to shop in a stone shop than at an e-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výběr mají možná dobrý, ale obsluha je žalostná. Slečny měli respirátory jako doplněk zavěšené na krku a i když tam byli kromě mě ještě 2 zákaznice celou dobu stáli v rohu a bavili se o zjevné soukromých věcech. Vzhledem na to že biooo není Tesco a hodně výrobku je od poměrně neznámých značek bylo by fajn kdyby prodavačky měli zájem zákazníkům poradit.
They may have a good selection, but the service is pathetic. The girls had respirators on their necks as an accessory, and even though there were 2 customers besides me, they were standing in the corner all the time, talking about obvious private things. Given that biooo is not Tesco and a lot of the product is from relatively unknown brands, it would be nice if the saleswomen were interested in advising customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr bio kosmetiky a drogerie. Velkou část produktů je možné v prodejně otestovat. Mají i e-shop s možností vyzvednutí na prodejně. Navíc to v ochodě krásně voní a obsluha je vždy příjemná.
